Such a sweet company and absolutely awesome products and customer service. Their stuff is very high quality and I can tell it's going to last me a very long time. Would suggest getting your wallet wet and then using cards to stretch if you're looking to make it bigger, helped a lot. Also have the Smith fob and it's the perfect length. Love it all, thanks so much. Can't recommend them enough!

I’m not sure how this gem stayed hidden from me for so long but despite that after a half hour in the store it felt like I had been shopping there for years. Their motto is “Fewer better things” and while I can appreciate that sentiment my desire to support such a great local business may leave me with “Many better things” and not a hint of buyers remorse.

I never write reviews but these guys deserve 5 stars. I ordered a jacket that was delivered but unfortunately was the wrong color (in fairness the two available colors were VERY close). I let them know and their customer service was incredible, fast and easy. They went absolutely above and beyond to correct and honest mistake. I will be ordering again in the future, and you should too.

So I am giving an extra star here because the customer service was good. My issue isn't with them it's sort of with the company. Since the company would be the ones who choose the shipping carriers they use. My order is going on 3 WEEKS and still hasn't arrived, isn't scheduled till the 13th when my order was placed on the 23rd of sept. There is no excuse for a shipment from Canada to Ohio to take A MONTH. I am sure this is not the first time their carrier has taken this long to get someone their purchase. In this world of 2 day shipping being standard with 1 day and even SAME DAY shipping - a MONTH is completely unacceptable. It is on the company to make the change to a DIFFERENT SHIPPING CARRIER. I am sure you are a great local spot but, if you want to continue to do business on the internet you need to look into a different shipping partner, paying $150 and then charge ANOTHER $15 for shipping for some jeans and have them take a month to get to the customer is completely unacceptable. smh.

Great Quality Products, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!I got a Keho belt from them 8 months ago, and it has aged so beautifully. It has upheld great, and aged so well!I also have 2 wallets from them, and love them both so much!Their clothing and other Apparel is fantastic as well.When you go in, make sure you to pick up one of the many great candles they have in shop as well!

We found Populess at Market Collective in Calgary a few years ago and fell in love with their wallets. I finally bought one this year for a Christmas present and I am so impressed. Delivery was so fast, the wallet is stunning and the customer service was outstanding.

I know this Company well! Are used to live in southern Alberta I shoped there all the time. I have a belt key chain clip approaching almost 10 years old. The quality is just as good now as it was back then. I recommend this company for its quality and functionality.

Proper hand made local items. I dipped in to the store while passing through Lethbridge on my way home to Calgary and ended up leaving with a ton of great stuff. These boys truly impressed me.
