Spa Bobos & Nails

The only place I go to get my nails done. The staff are so professional and kind. They use new files and buffers for each client. When you make an appointment they’re always on time and don’t ever rush to finish your nails. I’ve been going to Joy for years and she always does an amazing job. Some people might find the quiet atmosphere unappealing but I find it more spa like and relaxing. Also this is my personal opinion and no one has asked me to write this review, I just feel like this is a great place to get your nails done.

Used to be great. Now, not so much! They rush. They cut corners. And when you go back the next day to show peeling nail polish they say that there business model doesn't allow for a free redo. I know I won't be going back. used

Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago for a pedi and my experience was amazing. I saw Albee, I'll be seeing her again.The atmosphere is very calm and the environment is very clean.Since it's COVID times, masks are required and they ask you to wash your hands with soap upon entering - I love that.Albee was super cute and so nice. My pedi looks amazing even 2 weeks later.I highly recommend this salon even though it is busy - makes sense though, they're amazing!

Spa Bobo's quality is above standard nail salons in Richmond Hill. I found that at other nail salons, they don't clean or wipe your nails after filing, or shape them nicely after trimming but at Spa Bobos & Nails they're very meticulous, they trim and file very well. Their polish application is top notch and they ensure that you leave with gorgeous nails. My shellac nails have lasted a good 3 weeks. Their reception is also very friendly, easy to schedule appointments. So if you're looking to be pampered and to walk out with beautiful nails, this is your best choice!

Fail-proof nail salon. They never disappoint. Higher quality than most salons in Richmond Hill. The front desk reception is also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My family and I have been going to this spa for years and years. I used to really love this place but the quality has gone DOWN. Now they up charge you and under deliver. The quality of the pedicures have decreased over the years. They rush the whole process and your nails don’t even last as long. I went in the other day, got a pedicure, dried it three times with the machine and two nails got chipped. I wanted them fixed. The receptionist tried to blame me and didn’t want to fix it. Eventually, the nail technician fixed it for me. I ended up tipping over 20% despite the poor service. I really hope things improve or I may need to find another salon!

Have been a satisfied customer since it opened years ago. Have heard people say prices are higher than other places BUT I’d rather pay more for assurance that my health is not at risk! Bobos is committed to best practices in terms of sanitization in all areas AND their staff is knowledgeable about nail care etc. I take all my visiting family and friends to Bobos and they are amazed.

New renovations look great! Keep up the great work everyone. Glad to know you’re back open again.

Very clean ,friendly staff and professional. It was my first experience with them and they did great.They will be on my list every month to do my manicure and pedicure

I went here to get a new set of extensions but it was horrible. The gel was lumpy and wasn't smooth, the sizes weren't even the same the were all shaped differently. Wish I had taken a picture but I left and will definitely not be going there again. I paid $70 for them and had to take them off 4 hours later because they were so bad. :(
