Nice enough guy, but haven't decided yet. Installed a remote car starter... and am going back to be serviced for the third time in a week. Will let u know.

Read all those comments and I thought I would give him a chance because of the pandemic and help him out. I really regret doing it. I asked him to install a powered subwoofer and he told me, I've been doing this for 25 years. I told him it needs a fused wire from the battery. He says yup... I know! Well i asked him for a quote and made an appointment. He took 45 mins to install everything and called me back. I went to get the car and he just came to grab the money and leave the keys on a bench. I started the car and Bingo! My ABS light was ON! Well he pinched the ABS wires to get power from there, didnt care that he could damage my car ABS system. I asked for the money back and he got mad. I asked him to remove everything he did on my car and the light went away. I'm happy with that. But he never give any money back and took the wires back. Basically I got ripped off. But I'm still happy that my car didn't get damaged. Please avoid headaches... DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.

I had a car starter installed in my PT Cruiser and works great i was given great service at a fair price I would highly recommend this shop

awesome to do business with...wish I knew about steve a few years ago before I was scammed by another local shop...thank god honest guys like Steve still exist!!!

This guy is very rude, egocentric, the installation works ok but he is messy and he rip the leather around my steering wheel and after he didn't left it like original conditions, he doesn't care about your time, he give you an appointment, and when you shows up he ask you to come back after at his convenience because he is busy with others jobs he have, he is full in excuses, o won't recommend him and I don't want to deal with him any more

If I can put zero stars I would do it. The worst experience ever. I purchased remote starter with installation from this shop. Came for arranged time on Saturday and had to wait for approximately forty minutes before he started installation. Took him about an hour to install purchased remote starter. As soon as I got my vehicle back I notice that dash board where the gages are was illuminated in weird way and rapidly flashed (like it was a short) when I used my ignition key. I broad this concern to Stephen's attention and he said this is suppose to be like that and I have nothing to be concerned about. So I left and park my vehicle till late afternoon Sunday. When on Sunday I attempted to use remote start it was NOT working at all and intermittent flashing of the dash board become more frequent. I immediately called Stephen and inform him that remote start is not working and I am having issue with dashboard flashing. He said I can bring vehicle on Monday at 4.30 pm. Monday morning I stared my car and I had check engine light, abs light, traction control light on plus car war permanently beeping like if the door was open and dash was flashing like stroboscope. I informed Stephen about that and he CANCELED my Monday 4.30 pm. appointment and told me to come in on Tuesday at the same time. Loosing confidence in this guy I had to take my car to reputable audio shop to safely remove installed by M.A.D. man audio equipment. As soon as that was performed car was back to normal no issues at all. So I came back to M.A.D. man audio to return the starter and get my money back. Stephen said that device can be only programmed once for specific make and model (manufacture customer support sent me an email confirming that starter can be reprogrammed upon my request) and he refused to give me refund for the device which probable was NOT functional at the first place. He said that he will return money only for labor. Being miss leaded by Stephen regarding remote starter programming capabilities I agreed to take money for labor. Stephen refused to pay me at the moment and gave me a handwritten recite with his shop stamp and his signature stated that he will return labor cost very next day at 4.30 pm. I came next day to his shop door was locked however next door business owner told me that he was at the shop earlier that day. I called Stephen same day and then next and day after during his business hours. He never returned my call.Please do yourself a HUGE favour avoid this man and his shop at all coast.
