Food is below average. Egg tart taste like some armature baked it, lots of air pockets inside, flavor isn’t there.

Had geoduck, crab soup, grouper and other seafood in the private room today. Food was excellent, really fresh and nicely done.Designated server waited our table, she was excellent. Nice and spacious private room, perfect for intimate and private gathering.We had so much fun and left the last when they were actually closing but didn’t push us to leave.I used to come a lot for dim sum brunch, biggest problem was even if you have made reservation, you had to wait for at least 30min to be seated. Their lunchtime is always busy, dim sum is great, nice interior, good service.Overall it’s one of my favourite dim sum restaurants.

The food here is really solid. Great dim sum, especially like their rice rolls and congee. Try the crispy shrimp rice rolls- so good! Service leaves something to be desired but that’s ok, nobody’s realistically going to dim sum for the service so half these negative reviews are irrelevant lol.

The Deluxe Chinese restaurant is one of our regular go-to places for Chinese cuisine. They have a tastefully minimalist decor that exudes a sense of grandeur. My personal favorite dish from their menu is the abalone, which never fails to impress. They excel in preparing both meat dishes and Cantonese cuisine. However, I would advise against ordering their Sichuan dishes.

My favorite dim sum restaurant. The shrimp dumplings and egg tarts are the must-have. By the way, the tea is always hot, which I love very much. Reasonable price and nice service that I highly recommend.

Water/tea = $3/personTo go box & bag = $1[Note:] Watch out for peanut allergies. Let the waiters know.Parking - limited parking side of the building. More parking in Aberdeen mall.Must book ahead! But we were able to get in within half an hour wait. (2ppl)Dimsum -Very average tasting dimsum. We found everything too sweet.[We ordered:]• Sticky rice wrap- simple filling (ground meat and 1 slice of chinese sausage). Wild rice outside.• special wild rice roll- shrimp and crispy flake filling with peanut sauce on top.• chicken feet special sauce- sauce too sweet. Meaty chicken feet.• bbq pork pastery- too sweet. The artificial lemon flavor too strong.• baked mountain bun- crispy outside. Very sweet meat filling inside.• greentea mango pancake- peanut topping and mango filled. Decent taste.☆The one thing we loved is their chunky chilli oil hotsauce. Very fishy, chunky, decently spicy. Free of charge! They have the regular hotsauce too which is good as well.

The Deluxe Chinese restaurant delivers some well executed delicious dim sum with an upscale touch.Everything tasted fresh and with good flavours. I never had truffles on shiu mai before and thought it was pretty unique.Overall service was good and efficient.It's a popular spot so you need to come early or try to make a reservation if possible.

This is a very fancy Chinese restaurant with very well prepared and beautiful dishes. The seafood soup with rice wine and lobster with fresh noodles are a highlight. Broccoli and mushroom are also really good.
