Staff are friendly. If you can find what you need from their catalogue and tell them the part number, they are quick to help. If they need to look, expect to spend some time at the desk.

I've always had a good experience with Greggs. I use them for personal and business use. They are fairly priced and as I'm sure you all know, fully Canadian.Just called for a delivery for the business I work for at 12:50pm and it will be arriving around 1:30pm. I can't guarantee you'll have the same experience but this is just an example.They have a wide variety of items making it an easy one-stop shop. I've never had a problem with any of the staff and they all seem very knowledgeable and easy to recommend a different product if my idea wasn't realistic.I'm not going to bother reading the other reviews as I find anywhere with customer service, the attitude you give off as a customer is the attitude you will receive in return.

Old Greggs... For claiming to be one of the Best Managed Companies" in Canada it certainly has one of the worst websites I've been on. They do have a giant selection of products

Will not accept returns for defective products if they come back with a scratch on them. Not very Canadian of ya, Gregg! No I will not be providing further information to launch an investigation, that’s ridiculous. You missed your chance to have good customer service, it’s gone!!

If all businesses were run like this one we would all be better for it.

totally stunned at how long it took to have a 2' hydralic hose made up . both ends in stock cut and crimp two ends 55 minutes i had my mech with me on the clock imagine the cost of this hose?
