Needed a Voltage regulator quickly for my alternator. They dug and dug until they found a matching part number they had in stock. I installed it and it worked the next morning. No one else in town was so resourceful. Their bench tech and Rob are amazing.

So I personally take some of the blame for taking our car to this shop with brake issues. But we took it to another shop shortly afterwards to verify the work. What we paid for was all four brake calipers replaced, apparently 4 new rotors, and a new emergency brake.They didn't bleed the brakes after replacing the calipers resulting in a near accident coming off of Wood Street onto McNaughton. Also the emergency brake wasn't adjusted after being installed so it doesn't function... At all.We also had Kitts do a safety check. They came back saying that the emergency brake doesn't catch on the one side... After they replaced it...I used to recommend them to everyone but at this point just stick to big shops. That way if you get ripped off and nearly die as a result of shoddy work or complete over sight, you can sue.
