My experience with Pro Climate has been excellent. In early 2022 i had purchased the heat pump system from Pro Climate. After shopping around, I got the best possible quote from them. Armando and his team were very prompt in responding to all my queries and we had a quick installation of the units. Recently, i got my units serviced and their after sales service is equally amazing. I would highly recommend going with them for your heating and cooling needs.

Armando and his team were very professional in our dealings and in their work. Showed up on time and didn’t even take a break until the work was complete. After install, they took the time to explain how to use the equipment properly which I appreciated. They cleaned up so well, you were not aware there was even older equipment in its place. Very seamless installation. I highly recommend their services.

Mike is incredible. We have used him several times over the years. He is such an honest person who always explains things and gives us options. This time he fixed our air conditioner which was not working and was able to come late on a Friday evening to help us out. Special bonus he found my wedding ring that I had dropped in the vent 7 years ago! Couldn’t be happier.

Armando and the Pro Climate team was very professional in our dealings and with their work. Showed up on time and worked through the rainy weather and difficult install environment and tight space in my furnace room. After install, they took the time to test the system and found few issues with refrigerant charge and worked late into evening to address it best they could. Charge level could not be fully tested due to weather so they asked to be contacted when its wormer to fully test charge level and cooling functionality. I apricated the extra effort and service to get the system going despite the longs hours they had already worked in the rain and promised follow-up to address any issue and confirm functionality once the weather is ideal for testing. Overall very happy with the work of the team and technicians and looking forward to having them come back in a month to conclude the testing to ensure optimal operations of the system.

Armando and his team did an outstanding job, they did a complete overhaul of an ancient heating and air conditioning system in my home. Their work is clean, and their process is efficient. Outstanding job

Excellent services. We called Pro Climate and services were rendered same day to pump down system and disconnect ductless head including gas lines and power. We had to do this to be able to fully remove all interior material on two exterior walls of a 100 year old property in East York, construct new framing, insulate and drywall the walls and return ductless HVAC unit to original conditions.Pro Climate technician was able to quickly disengage and remove unit in a timely manner the same day so we could complete demolition.A Pro Climate technologist then returned once the walls were up to reconnect the same ductless head, reconnect wiring and power, leak test unit, vacuum and recharge unit and bring a three unit system and the compressor back to original working order even with the thickness of the wall changed due to new frame's additional thickness the technologist was able to make sure the connections were made possible to be reconnected.Special thanks to Mehrdad for his management, coordination and follow-up from the first phone call until the moment our client was able to happily regain control of their HVAC units.
