I’ve been going to this salon for years, and every time I leave, I feel amazing. Not only because ALL of the nail techs do an outstanding job, but because they are kind, friendly, and gentle with your hands and feet. Highly recommend treating yourself to some self care in this positive, clean, and professional environment.

Whatever you do don’t ask anyone at this salon for gel nails done with a form because the girls aren’t properly trained to do them, all they know is tips and acrylic and they should have said no we can’t offer the service I asked for if they don’t ensure proper training of the staff members. They don’t have any dehydrate or any sort of bonder whatsoever which can lead to lifting from no bonder and fungus from the moisture when they wipe your nail with water instead of dehydrate. They also don’t know how to place forms. Don’t pretend you know what you’re doing and ask your girls to do things they’re not trained in. It’s not safe. Unfortunately this industry is not regulated and the owners should know this stuff it’s their responsibility to ensure their girls are educated. After that experience I will never be back for any service with that low of standards. It’s just not acceptable. I felt sorry for the girl that got told to do a style she didn’t know how to do.

Was not happy with the service I got today. Not because I don’t do my nails often, doesn’t mean the technician can just do her job as quick as it is. I wasn’t satisfied with her job. She didn’t prepare my nail well. I won’t go back to her…She’s fast and I think she doesn’t care if a customer will come back to her or not. So sad…

I won't go anywhere else. Tran always does an incredible job and even after more thana year she doesn't just assume what I want or if I'm happy. Great communication and excelllent service.

(DO NOT GET WHITE POLISH. LIGHTS TURN IT YELLOW) I’ve been here twice , the first time was absolutely wonderful and my nails turned out fabulous! And I was excited to come back for my gel fill. Go today and got a different lady (which was fine) and said I wanted the same shape and shorter length gel nails. She tried to put acrylic on my hands even after I mentioned it twice. I now have bumpy thick nails with gel on my skin and a nail that is so crooked that it’s almost sideways, my nails hurt and a very rough, I left and thought about it , then called and asked if I could have them removed tomorrow ( Sunday , they say they are open by appointment) to which they said they were closed. $75.00 wasted (and a 25$ tip on top)

The Salon is awesome. Its very clean and has a great selection of colors and styles. Everyone is really friendly an had be accommodated quickly. I had Jenny and she was FANTASTIC. My nails look and feel great! Very strong and treated me so professionally! She also did my eye brows and those were on point. I would highly recommend this Salon to anyone for all services they offer.

Tran is amazing! She does a fabulous job on my nails but has a wonderful personality making each visit delightful!

Pedicure and manicure.I've been twice and my experiences have been wonderful. The salon is clean. The ladies provide good customer service asking questions and are very friendly. I also love that I can have a service done in an hour, as they are efficient at their work. Hard working staff here and I recommend and will return again. Thank you Book A Look!

The lady filed all my nails crooked. Then I complained. Showed an exact picture, she still couldn’t file Them Properly but filed my skin raw along the sides and bottom. I was asking for straight nailswith round edges ( Like I came In with ) and her boss told her too!!! . Not square! and left With shorter nails than I came In , polish does not look good either. WillNEVER tellAnyone to use them
