Geek Squad

I have a 3 year warranty on my Google Pixel 2XL, which I have replaced once already with the Google store. Now that i am having issues again, and these guys just make it impossible to get a replacement. They told me my plan is suspended on their computer even though I continue to pay it every month. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone, getting bounced to different departments, trying to get it sorted and even had to send an email with proof of replacement.Terrible service.

They fixed my problem!

They removed all the bloatware from my brand new PC and installed all my favorite programs. Could not have asked for better results

The truth about the Geek Squad Warranty:I paid for an expensive Geek Squad protection plan for my cell phone. They do not mention to you when they sold it that there is a $100 fee for a new phone, and an $800 deposit for the new phone that only gets reversed once they receive the old phone. The new phone I got was not able to charge or turn on even consistently. I took it to this Geek Squad a few times and they said I could only do it over the phone. After that, my health declined and I was never able to send back either phone before the time period elapsed. So now I'm out over $1000 after credit card interest and Geek Squad is not willing to do anything. Taking money for services not rendered is fraud and I wish I was healthy enough to expose this further with legal action. Best Buy and Geek Squad are complicit and from other reviews it appears their dishonest practices and service knows no bounds.

Got scammed. The guy who sold me the protection plan said there was a discounted plan I could sign up for. I agreed to the discounted plan but they just gave me the normal plan and I payed more than double what I expected. When I asked if I could get my money back they said no and all I can do is cancel. Lost about $300 dollars because I trusted a snake sales man. Lesson learned :)

at the time of purchasing a brand new laptop at best buy in west van, we were offered service for a monthly fee which we can cancel anytime. we decided we don't need it since the laptop is only 6 months new... when contacted to cancel, were told we have to pay a 'service fee' of $240 minus the 6months payment we made for nothing!!

I rely on Geek Squad as I am terrible with technology. I find their team of experts to be very helpful. They are patient and stick it out til the end. Honestly, whenever I end a logmein chat with them I sigh a sigh of relief. Worth the monthly fee for sure. Thank you GS xo

Thankyou so much agents Mike and Tanner for doing a wonderful job installing my TV wall mount and sound bar.But the most amazing part about my experience is that they both took their time to ensure that I understood all of the features of my new TV. I am not all that technically inclined and they took as much time as I needed so that at the end of the installation, I felt very confident that I didn’t need them to “move in” so that I could work out all of these fun features. They made it fun and took their time. Amazing service.
