Chris and Ian are a great team. Ian gave me good advice, and knows the London market very well. Chris Harding showed me most of the places I looked at, because I wanted to buy in the neighbourhood close to him. He was so patient, and over a long period of many months showed me many, indeed countless, listings! He never pushed me to decide if I was unsure. He gave me excellent advice, but when I went to make an offer, he always let me offer the amount I wanted to. I always felt he was working in my best interest. Even after the purchase, he continued to help me with advice in finding contractors for renovations and so forth. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Chris and Ian are a great team!Chris did most of our showings when we were looking for a new home, while Ian was helping us sale our home.Ian and Chris were always available for us and answered all the questions that we had! Ian helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. My situation was unique as I wanted a house big enough for 3 children but that I could retire in and I wanted to be in old south. Not an easy task.
