Incredibly Rude and Disrespectful Owner and Employee! I went in for a passport photo, and the old man who was working there, presumably the owner, displayed appalling behavior. He proudly declared that he has kicked out customers who requested a photo redo, and he even had the audacity to claim that if you are ugly, your picture will be ugly, while if you are beautiful, it will turn out beautiful. When I asked for my photo to be retaken, he flatly refused, making me repeat my request several times. Moreover, the quality of the photo itself was abysmal. If you require a passport photo, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment!!!!!!

Never take your passport pictures here. My worth expérience in taking passport photo. We stood before à white light and he took our pictures. we look like terrible in our pictures because of shadows. We were charged 45 Cad for two. I will go for à refund as I won't use those pictures and will take another picture in a réal place.

Terrible service. I needed a photo for a university application, the guy working there took one photo, I asked to see the photo before printing it so he showed it to me. The picture had terrible lighting so I asked if he can have more light in the photo or retake it? He got annoyed and said “it seems like you’re looking for a “vanity” photo and I don’t do that so you can go somewhere else”. I don’t know what he meant by “vanity photo” but i took his advice and went somewhere else.
