We went there today and was excellent, food hot and fresh, place was very clean and prices are good. I only had one complaint and that is that people always have to be on there phone, I am talking about in line when putting food on there plate and not moving out of other people trying to get theres

Service is lacking. Food on the buffet is hit and miss. Recently its been warm and fresh and the next time I go back it's cold and dried out like it was leftover from the day before and they didn't even heat it through. Cleanliness is not a top priority there either.

I spent 60 and never again. half the food in the buffet was gone and the stuff that was in there was absolutely disgusting . the soda my son got was gross and when telling the lady she just looked at us and said nothing. I will never eat here again

Wasn't sure how this restaurant was going to be. So glad I tried the buffet! The coconut shrimp was amazing! 5 stars all the way! If I'm up this way again, I will be stopping here.

The food is always cooked fresh and hot! The customer service is superb. This is authentic Chinese food run by Chinese owners, and has been a staple of the area for decades. Quality food by hard working immigrants. Truly the American dream! I disagree with review stating poor customer service. Do not associate poor customer service with non native English speakers. The issue is on your end. 4/23/23, Had General Tso's today with the lunch add on a soda and two crab Rangoon's. Was helped by Mary very friendly....really appreciate the complimentary sauces.

This is the first time that my wife and I had gone back to Chinatown Kitchen since before the pandemic several years ago….and we were both very pleased to see that dine-in was an option once again. While I've liked everything that I've ever had to eat here, ordering just one item off the menu isn't my preference since so much of what they make is *REALLY* good that I'd like to have some of a number of things ( i.e. -- the buffet ). Well, that was what we had this evening. Everything was as good as I remember it being and we left their pleased to know that their buffet is open once again. Kudos !!

THE WORST REASTARANT IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I ASSUMED MOO GOO GAI PAN CAME WITH BROCCOLI, LIKE EVERY OTHE CHINESE PLACE. THE ACTUALLY RECORD YOU WHILE TAKING YOUR ORDER. I CALLED POLITLY TO GET A REFUND AND HE PLAYED MY RECORDING BACK, I DIDNT SAY BROCCOLI BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT CAME WITH. IT WAS HUMILIATION ,THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Went for lunch buffet at 12:45pm. They never put any fresh food up. The few sweet and sour chicken pieces they had left were hard as a rock. There was what appeared to be brown gravy that had a hard film over it that you get when things are not stirred. The chairs had dust on the wooden ring that is below the seat. Very outdated restaurant. I'd rather order fresh food to go then the high buffer price with cold limited food.

Loved this place!! Food very fresh, delicious. Great menu. Fair pricing. It's casual - eat in or take out (we did take out). Really enjoyed Chinatown Kitchen. We highly recommend it.

Only Chinese buffet left in town. It's pretty good. Usually same food choices but the food is always swapped out after so long. Fresh food is always brought out.*update* the restaurant had closed the buffet during the pandemic. They recently just reopened the restaurant for buffet ND eat in. Prices are now $13.99 for lunch and $15.99 for dinner. In my opinion they didn't have a very good selection of food for the price. Not to mention. They're using paper plates. Plastic cutlery and Styrofoam cups. Was happy to see the buffet back but disappointed with the food and new fine China.
