Worst customer service. There were 2 ladies at the front serving drive throughs and did not even acknowledge people waiting at the front for dine in. I do not mind waiting but I hate being disrespected.

Such a disappointing store. We visited this morning for a quick breakfast, and the staff were completely incompetent. We asked for a BLT, and received tomato and bacon on a bagel. No mayo or Lettuce. We also ordered a Maple Bacon BELT, and asked for no cheese. All we received was a piece of egg and bacon. No Lettuce, tomato, or sauce. This store needs staff who care, or who are trained properly.

This location was very understaffed for a long weekend. The assistant manager was really nice and patient but the staff couldn't keep up with the orders. Behind the counter was really quite filthy, they were walking around food on the floor. My order took about twenty minutes or longer.

It's all about the time-of-day that you visit.If you expect great service and food here at their busiest times ... Good luck! (More than not a customer problem not a staff problem - they really are trying.)When it's off their peak times, the staff are very friendly and service is quick and efficient.

Yum...chili soup. :/ Weird how the Tims in Collingwood still serves chili, not chili soup. Well this will be thrown out. Thanks for wasting my money. Actually no, I'll pour it over my dogs food since he will enjoy it. If he isn't dead in the morning then it will be a Christmas miracle. Here's to serving people a dog's breakfast. Cheers.*Update* Dog thought it was alright but had to lap it BC it's freaking soup chili.

Wow. This is the most righteous Tim Hortons around other than ballentrae off 48. Friendly staff. Going over and beyond when the Tim Hortons app just simply doesn’t want to work. Keep it up certainly better than the other Tim Hortons in wasaga by walmart without a doubt.They just got steak recently at this Tim Hortons get it in your farmers wrap with bacon(the best combo) or sausage.. absolutely mind blowing!! Total thumbs up.

Wow! Not sure where to start. I was the the first person in line 1person behind me and waited a long time to get served. Then when I asked for something they don't serve it after 11 someone snapped. So I changed what I wanted. Then I stood at the end and waited for over 8 mins before I finally got my breakfast sandwich and if you look in the pic that is what I got! I wouldn't dare go back!!!!

Unbelievable that corporate hasn’t stepped in yet, this location is a tarnish on Tim Hortons franchise name. Unbelievable poor service, poor food and always wrong order.

The Timmy's at the Riverbend is 4 star in the morning but it's 1 star in the evening. Either understaffed or underperforming: In the evenings uncleaned tables are typically the only kind available, and significant delays to in-store service are common when inventory or kitchen maintenance duties are given priority insteadThe staff themselves are apologetic, but apologies are not a replacement for service, and far too common. Your patience may be tested and there will be crumbs and stains on the most popular tables
