Tall girl behind the counter was VERY rude. Went to go exchange a ring that I got as a gift, she looked at me like I was an alien when I told her I wanted to make an exchange. She took the ring I wanted to exchange, and wakes away without saying anything. Disappeared into the back without telling me what she was doing with my ring. When I walked up to the counter again after i was done shopping, she was texting behind the counter and looked up at me, then back down at her phone ignoring me for several minutes. The other girl working on the floor was super sweet and helpful but the manager behind the counter completely tarnished the experience.

When I asked for a gold bracelet with a specific design, the associate told me that they only had it in solid gold and real diamonds. She was a bit dismissive and didn't offer to show them to me

The customer service from the girls at the counter was amazing. I came to get a gift for my girlfriend but I didn’t have anything in mind. The girls helped me choose and pick out a gift. I ended up getting a necklace and my girlfriend loved it!! Very high quality for its price.I couldn’t get the names of the girls but I somewhat found out their names when they were talking to each other. Ones name was Gia and the others started with a K.

My boyfriend suprised me with a Blue Ruby gift, which he purchased with the help of a sales associated named Rosabella.Very thankful for her assistance, as he said she was very attentive, friendly, and gave great suggestions.Im happy with my new Leah A. earrings and I would like to let Rosabella know I appreciate her helping my boyfriend find this gift for me.We will visit this location again closer to the holidays ( ;

My boyfriend bought me this beautiful druzy necklace from there. I was told it would not tarnish but it did. Blue Ruby offered me a gift card to replace the chain as I was misinformed and now I can wear my beautiful necklace again (: thank you!

Sister went here, was given horrible customer service and treated like she was trash . Can’t believe you tell people they can’t afford the jewellery pieces . Really concerning to me that people are getting treated like this. A change needs to be made .

The manager and sales associates here made me feel extremely uncomfortable and devalued me as a customer . I never have felt so disrespected in my life by being told I cannot afford anything here , I used to buy jewellery here often and have many pieces from Blue Ruby and will never purchase anything here again . I do urge customers to take your business elsewhere
