I am sad to write you with a concern. I absolutely love your breads! I tried to email the company with 0 response after 11 days.I just went to make some toast from the White Bean & Millet Seed loaf I purchased on the weekend from Longos in Mississauga Ontario.I noticed there was a hair like substance, (fluffy almost no not human hair), on the side of the 2 of the slices. I took it off thinking maybe I had a sweater touch it when I took out my last slice. It wasn't until I pulled apart the slices and noticed it was baked between the slices. It is very fine, and hard to take a photo of. But I really just wanted to make you aware.Do you happen to know if I could exchange this item at longos? I unfortunately didn't save the receipt and am sad to lose a whole loaf.

Bread and bagels tend to get mouldy very quickly. They sell fresh and frozen to retailers who often get mixed up and put the frozen in the fresh area - ugh.

Absolutely love this bread! Was walking down queen st a few weeks ago and saw they did a pop up at Daisy. They were giving out free grilled cheese and donating bread to the Daily Food Bank. I got in line for my free grilled cheese and loved it! Had no idea it was GF or sugar free until one of the staff told me a couple minutes later.A few days later I saw the bread at my local grocery store and bought it. Thought it was going to be more pricey considering how good it was but honestly it was priced very fair! Got home that night and made the same thing, grilled cheese!Definitely recommend trying it out for yourself - it’s a great product and that fact that it is healthy makes it 10x better!Overall 5/5!

Best Gluten Free Bread!I love all the Queen Street Bakery products! Definitely will be ordering the 5 pack build a box again. Outstanding quality!The chia bread is low carb and very filling, the bean bread is delicious and their artisan buns are so light and fluffy.Very happy to find a GF bread that is so nutritious and loaded with fiber.

The bagels are somehow inexplicably perfect. The best gluten free bread products around that as also free of other allergens. I’m so grateful these exist.

Just received my order of 5 loaves of chia and charcoal bread and 5 bags of the artisan buns. Toasted up the bread for breakie with some PB&J. The bread was definitely one of the best GF breads I have ever had. Can't wait to try the buns.

After trying their burger buns and loving them Queen Street Bakery has become my favourite gluten free option. I love that it’s bean based and I feel great after eating it! The Romano Bean and Chia Charcoal are my favourite loaves and the Super Food Baking mix works really well!

Based on the recommendation of a friend, I ordered a box of Queen Street Bakery flour (grateful for the discount on shipping for my first order!). I've baked with the flour a few times (cornbread, biscuits, etc.) and love the result. I've used every GF flour on the market, and this is by far my favourite. The baked product has a darker hue due to the properties of the millet and sorghum, there's no weird aftertaste or mouth feel (not gritty), and the texture is great. Hands down I will continue to be using this flour for all of my baking from now on.

I’m not one to leave a negative review; however, I felt very compelled to do so to save others from frustration. I wish I had read these reviews for myself before ordering. I had their bread from a grocery store and fell in love with it so I wanted to order it. I did, 2 months ago, and still haven’t gotten in. Called, no response. Emailed, no response for days. Then finally Spencer responds and apologized for the delay and said I would receive a tracking number, but never got it. I’ve tried reaching out again about canceling my order and just getting a refund and nothing.

Love Love Love the new gluten free flour from Queen Street Bakery! As soon as I got it I had to make something. My favourite brownie recipe that I have missed since going gluten free. They were amazing. So moist and tender. No grittiness or dryness. After 2 1\2 years of trying unsuccessfully to bake delicious gluten free treats I can now continue my baking addiction! And the speed of delivery was exceptional. Ordered on a Thursday, shipped same day, delivered on Monday. Thank you so much Queen Street Bakery!
