Please, if you want to talk to a wall, do it at home. This dentist is the most garbage human being. Impossible to have a normal professional conversation to. She not only shout her whole way to me but also to the staff. She might have felt defensive and talked and explained more than she needed to. Calling herself a professional and then continues to talk about her personal childhood story and how she's a good person because she is religious. And that she is a vegetarian. Please burn your money instead of going to this place. You're welcome.

i've been a patient at Phanadent for many years now. The staff has always treated me like family, often going above and beyond to accommodate my strict schedule. The procedures have always been properly explained and my questions answered. Look no further if you're looking for a new dentist to properly take care of your dental needs!

I never write reviews but it's to the point where I have to share my story. I've been with them for a few of years and Dr.Phan has been really nice and caring, but I've only been doing dental cleanings. This year is the first one that they suggested that I do cavity fillings. Since my cavity fillings at this place, I've been having strong sensitivity for months. And, when I went to get it fixed, it got worst and the sensitivity woke me up at night. Now, this past weekend, I've been having constant pain in the 2 teeth they worked on, and I had to go to the ER to get strong painkillers because it kept hurting. Now, I'll probably have to do root canal on at least one or maybe both of them because the pain has been unbearable. This has been one of the most or the most intolerable moment in my life.Also, I want to point out that in one of the sessions of my cavity fillings, they brought in a student to do her dental assistant exam, I believe, which she failed previously and I was not informed prior to my appointment until I got there, which I find unprofessional.

At Phanadent the staff members are always pleasant, professional and caring! It has been my experience that treatment has always been professionally done ...I have always been made fully aware of the procedures involved and the payment options available for those procedures. If you are looking for a dentist to trust - you are sure to find it here!

I do not usually write reviews but their exceptional service deserve to be shared. Today I had my first visit to Phanadent Clinic. They are a very professional crew, efficient and willing to help me with my tooth pain. They were very comprehensive and took the time to explain me the treatment. I will totally recommend them to my friends and familly.

The worst dental clinic in Montreal. They only looking for what they will take from you: first of all they did not obey any rules for the COVID as they give people random appointments and you will find in 2 m2 reception more than 5 people waiting. The whole clinic is outdated and still use tools from the 70s. I came there with student insurance after the boss who is a dental hygienist not a dentist told me that my cleaning and check up is totally covered. After the treatment, she told me the insurance refused to pay and you have to pay yourself. Avoid this place and go elsewhere

Unfortunately, I cannot rate 0/5 , it is the worst dental center ever!! They are unprofessional in all aspects. They always shuffle names and phone numbers of customers, keep postponing your appointment, and all what they care about is MONEY. No matter how the bad the pain you have is, just do NOT go there.

I highly recommend Phanadent to anyone looking for exceptional & professional dental service. This dental office combines excellent customer service as well as precise dental work. The entire team functions in complete harmony, putting their patients at ease. Also, the team always ensures the procedure & price is completely understood by the patient and also gives them multiple different options depending on their personal circumstances to better accommodate them. After 6 years of no regular dental work and extensive researching for an honest, reliable and competent dental office, I am more than content with the results. I required a lot of work and fillings due to the neglect and they reassured me that financial arrangement options are available to suit every individual in order for them to walk out with a happy, healthy smile. I've since brought over my entire family to Phanadent and have made countless recommendations to friends and co-workers after they had noticed how great my smile has been looking since my first few visits.I live forty minutes away but it is definitely worth the travel !I recommend to all, you will not be disappointed.

The Dentist and staff are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I admit to having moderate to high levels of anxiety when visiting the Dentist. My past experiences in Dental offices have been unpleasant to say the least. The folks at Phanadent explained the procedures and repeatedly if I was alright with what they were doing. I really appreciated the holistic approach to dentistry that I experienced during my visit. I’m less anxious and confident that they know what they are doing. The equipment is modern. They took x-rays, read them while I waited and discussed a plan of action. I would recommend this office to family, friends and colleagues.
