I just went to this location after work and requested a mozzarella burger with beyond meat when I got home it was not the toppings of a mozzarella burger. This has happened twice now. I understand the first time but twice!!! Upset because I paid extra for that burger:(

We usually dine here for lunches on Fridays. But recently I have noticed the fry count has been diminishing. They have been putting them in the baskets as a form of portion control, which I feel is hurting them more than helping them. So I pay for upgraded fries to sweet-potato, and I get a total of 19 fries.... Call me obsessive we had 25 fries the time before that, 28 before that.... I have a record. The fact that it costs me $13 for a small burger and 19 fries is terrible. The food does taste good, but could they not just fill the basket, Like the basket is empty with some fries on the top. It's ridiculous. It's equivalent to a small fry at McDonald's... Maybe try and be competitive

Buns stale it rock hard. drive thru cashier repeated asked questions. Ketchup in bag" yes. "so ketchup in bag" yes. No ketchup in bag.This location is consistently poor. The staff truly appears as if they COULD NO CARE LESS about being there or doing a good job. And at the price this place charges

Very bad experience. Burger meat was barely warm. Onion rings looked like they fished them out if the bottom of the fryer. Not pleasant service. Fast food is at an all time low for food quality and service IMO.

Ordered $50 of food and asked for dipping sauce for the onion rings. They didn't add the sauce to the order. We realized after we sat down. I went back to the front to ask for the sauce which I was informed it was 50 cents. No problem. Can I just get the sauce now, I'll go back to pay for it when I get a ice drink to go. The place was empty. We were the only ones sitting down. Very easy to keep track. Nope. I had to wait for them to punch it up as too many customers have stolen sauce". I say "them"

Well staffed this Sunday afternoon. Sweet potatoes fries were rubbery could have been cooked longer. Next time I’d ask for well done. I always love the Cajun spice shaker and no extra charge for sauces such as chipotle mayo which is delicious. Overall quite clean and always a pleasant and bright dining room. Would recommend for a good burger and fries experience. They also have some cute A&W bear collectables, and take home root beer and spice for sale.

Burger is good but pricey. One beyond meat burger ( 1 combo & 1 burger) costs $26, which I felt costly than any other food chains. Otherwise, the food is good. Kind staffs and great ambience.

Love A&W. been a customer since L.O. owned the franchise when it was across the road. That said, we stopped in here yesterday and had a terrible lunch. Cold burgers (not even slightly warm), extra heavy mustard that we had to scrape off, cold onion rings. BTW - 7 onion rings for $5! Sorry, but this kind of attitude will cost you customers A&W.

THE WORST A&W I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I have been multiple times and the customer service is literally the worst. Just today we went through the drive through for a coffee, when we pulled up to the window she looked at us and said “yup” not hi or anything. She then put the debit machine through the window still not saying a single word. After we payed she handed us our drinks and we said thank you and she still said nothing. I will never go back and I will tell everyone to just go across town to the other store or to the mall bc being ignored by an employee is utterly unacceptable while your saying please thank you and have a nice day.Also as you can tell from the lack of responses in this section that management does not care. It’s awful to see no response on some of these really horrible reviews where someone literally choked on a bread tag left in a burger!!?
