Very disappointing episode where I was not informed of the service limitations (I specifically asked for to the door when they only deliver to an airport). This would have been ok however I was unable to collect immediately and racked up storage costs with the local agent. Aaaarrrgggghhh!When I tried to discuss this matter with them they evaded the key point relating to what I was promised over and over. Be very careful using these guys!I hope I won't need to file a formal complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency....UPDATEJust had someone at the company look into my poor service experience with Flying Fresh. He decided there was absolutely no fault to the episode. Impressive as he didn't even let me tell him what happened! Wow!
