Drive thru line is always super long here which could take up to 5-10 mins wait time. Inside is pretty big.

I work nearby and every time they mess up my orders. Today I ordered old fashioned donuts and this is what I got. Sad thing when i reached back to work then i saw it. Bad customer service.

I come to this location all the time. But recently, they have been making the worst coffee ever. The coffee literally tastes like water, and when you add cream and sugar it just taste like watered down cream and sugar.Today I tried ordering a black coffee and coming home to add the cream and sugar myself, and it was just as awful.They definitely double or triple passing and I would avoid this location if they continue making their coffee this way.

Worse Tims location. Really bad customer experience through drive through and they have messed up my coffee. I ordered medium dark roast with one cream and half sugar and the lady gave me the coffee with 3 creams. Tastes so bad! Tim management should take some action to protect their brand from such horrible locations!

June 12th at 5:10 PM ordered Jalapeno bagel double toasted with Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese. Received Bagel with butter missing cream cheese. Ordered through Drive Through don't have time to recheck the order. Looks like I have to bargain the more minutes to check each order staff is preparing. I don't have feedback code right now, next time I will ask for receipt and provide the feedback.Overall I didn't like the service I get.

Coffee doesn't taste right here. Maybe watering it down like other comments mention.Washrooms are not clean at all. Men's washroom constantly has a poor odour, insects, and toilet paper strewn around the stall. Toilet seat was broken as well. Weak water pressure in the dirty sink.How are employees able to wash their hands and remain sanitary?

Worst Tim experience ever. Mobile order was ignored for 15 mins while everyone else is getting their food. When I asked what’s going on, they showed me my order receipt for no reason. And then they took my order out from the back. No one is calling for mobile order and no one is making mobile order then what is the point I order ahead??

Staff named Jennifer was incredibly rude and condescending. In addition to the general disrespectful attitude, when my friend asked about how to use the gift card, she instead almost redeemed our reward points. When we passed her the gift card she told us to just use it" and stared at us when we did not know to swipe it rather than helping us out. She also did not bother to add rewards in the end. Extremely poor service and would not visit again."
