Dr. Grobler is a phenomenal doctor. She is compassionate and empathetic. She will stop at nothing and will work with you, to get you better. Dr. Grobler is absolutely a top notch Doctor. She doesn't just listen to what you say...but hears you! She is absolutely brilliant.

So, let me start by saying it has been over two years since I had work done here by Dr.Allen. HOWEVER, it has taken me two and a half years of extreme filler massages and getting filler elsewhere for my lips to look normal after getting them done here, and i still have lots of scar tissue and problem areas in my lips from what happened here. I had paid for 4ml of juvederm in my lips over the course of multiple treatments, and my lips were lumpy and sore and I was literally leaking filler out the side of my lip though they didn't look much bigger. I realized this wasn't normal and had them refund me the majority of what I paid, because it was so bad and we had paid thousands. Now when I get filler at the place I go to all the way in nanaimo, one syringe of filler gives me the same amount of volume I got from 4 syringes at white wave, is much more even, and costs less than 2/3 the amount per syringe. I wish i could post photos with this review of what they looked like after I went here compared to what they look like now. It is worlds apart. Every doctor or aesthetician I've shown pictures of what happened from my treatments at white wave is shocked and to be honest I was also. Some told me to seek legal action but i didnt want to do that because i dont think its a bad business or a bad doctor who did it, and they refunded me most of the money. They seem lovely and professional, but I don't think the doctor who treated me is used to doing the type of treatment I wanted. So, while I do think this was a one-off instance of extreme lip filler botching here, I would urge others to go forth with caution if looking for a larger amount of lip filler from this place.

I am so happy with what Dr. Allen did to my lips. My lips are a big complex since I have my braces on and she really did amazing. I highly recommande her and Lindsay.
