I have been going here since I moved into the area about 3 years ago and I love it! Kimmy is the best and always does a great job while also being the best conversationalist. I recommend this place to all my friends that don’t already go here and always hear great things from others. Highly recommend!

I hope this message reaches a manager or the owner. I just left the spa after my Mothers Day pedicure appointment with Kimmy. My appointment was booked for 45 minutes and it was completed in 25. It was the worst spa experience I have ever had. Every year my husband books my daughter and I for a pedicure at L'amour and todays experience was rushed, painful and my nails look terrible. If there was a line of people waiting, I could maybe understand a slightly rushed appointment, but there was nobody waiting and there is absolutely no excuse for how I was treated today. In the past Kimmy has pressured me to write Google reviews for her which I haven’t because I don’t like being forced to do things but today I am more than happy to give her a one star for this terrible Mother’s Day experience.

My boyfriend and I always book with Kimmy!! She is very thorough and always cleans up my hands and feet perfectly! She gets to know what you like and always remembers her clients preferences.The salon is also easy access, don’t have to go into a mall and there is lots of parking.I’m always greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude by Kimmy.Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Kimmy today! All I can say is that girl can work! I’ve been getting acrylics for so many years now and I have never met someone who removes them as quickly and as gently as kimmy. I decided to switch to shellac this time and she did such a wonderful job. Took the time to explain to me what nail shape would suit me the best. These are literally the most perfect set of shellac I’ve ever gotten. Kimmy is also So funny and such a joy to chat with- kept me laughing throughout the whole appointment. I’ll definitely be a regular now!!

I've been going to L'Amour for 6+ years. I've taken my sister, dad, mom, boyfriend and friends with me there. I go through phases were I get mani's but I get several pedi's a year. Late spring I started getting acrylic nails again and May was so accommodating when I brought her crazy design ideas. She is always smiles, pleasant and did her absolute best to match the picture I'd show her. She never did a bad job! I ended up needing to remove my acrylic nails and May wasn't available when I did so. Kimmy has done my natural nails the last few times and she is so sweet, takes her time and makes my natural nails look beautiful. She also does an awesome job at waxing! She's been doing my eye brow shaping.I highly recommend going here!

Got a pedicure with my boyfriend before we headed next door for brunch, and we had a great time! Tammy and Theresa were very kind and took care of us. I got shellac and my toes turned out so pretty! The only thing I'd maybe recommend is some music for ambiance, but I'd definitely be back!

I go here often for shellac mani/pedi. I’m sad to have just moved away from the neighborhood but I will still stop in when I’m in the area. Nice clean salon and if you visit, ask for young Kim, she’s the best! She does such a great job, very thorough, attentive, and my manicure always lasts great :) I ask to book with her every time.

This Nail salon has the best nail technicians in all of Coquitlam. My girlfriend had always struggled with finding the proper nail salon to tend to her manicure and pedicure. Ever since coming here she’s always been satisfied with the results and service. Furthermore, she recommended me to have a pedicure (No color) just massage and I’d definitely say that Im a fan! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing and tranquil time and get their nails done.

The staff are all very professional and friendly, the salon is nice and very clean, good location. I like it here, but I'm not going back, here's why. Kimmy needs to work on taking her time. I've had mistakes happen that could've been avoided by slowing down a little, and on 2 separate occasions (out of about 6 visits) I've had my nails not even dry underneath because she swaps me under the UV lamp too soon. My last time there was a disaster, the receptionist was super nice about it, she honestly went out of her way for me, and gave me a full refund, but I'm so horribly embarrassed I'm not going back there anymore, although I would, to see a different nail tech, because I like it here. I'll post a photo of my nails coming off because they're not dry. My manicure was only a few days ago, this is the second time it's happened
