J&T Nails Cranbrook

2 people working... 1 gentleman still in his winter boots and jacket, extremely over booked and terrible nails! Spent 3 hours and just wanted to get out. The atmosphere was dead silence . Was not offered any coffee or tea or water and others were. I get making money, but when it is detrimental to other costumers experience and outcome it is definitely not satisfactory. Every person in there left unsatisfied. :(

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. She used DIRTY nail files and tools on my nails, on top of that cut me multiple times with the drill and brushed it off with a dirty nail brush. I went back the next day to get them fixed and at that point there was no fixing anything because of how thick the acrylic was, it was so bad that my fingers were sore! She barley spoke English which made it extremely hard to reason with her about my refund, never got a response when I messaged on her Facebook page. DO NOT GO HERE. I initially went because of the photos they advertised but it’s come to my knowledge that she stole the pictures off google! Someone shut this place down.

Asked for an acrylic fill, the technician said okay. After the service was done was charged for a powder gel. Reminded her that I asked for acrylic she stated they don't do acrylic nails. Acrylic fill was $30. Charged me $48 for powder gel. And 40 bucks on top for some gem stones. Will not be returning due to dishonest pricing and general uncleanliness of salon. Tools, manicure tables were not cleaned in between customers. Pedicure sink was wiped off with a towel, no cleaners used. Nails were nice, but not enough for the price.

The most wonderful place. Kim is top notch. My nails have never looked better. Her prices are super reasonable.

She did a great job the the color and style. Also got my lip and eye brows waxed the best I have ever had them done and I love them.

I went to J&T Nails for the first time today and I was really happy with my manicure. It's the best manicure I've had in a while and they were so nice. The salon is always clean and they have such a wide selection of colors, too!

This was definitely the worst nails i’ve gotten. They are crooked and have bubbles all over the surface. I tried telling the girl the colours I wanted but she kept telling me that I was wrong and that they looked nothing like the pictures and now I have orange nails. I also asked her to fix my nails since they are so crooked but she didn't want to listen. They are also all different lengths and weirdly shaped. When she was prepping my nails for the extensions she kept filing away at my actual nails and when shaping them she filed so much at the same nail for such a long period of time that my nails felt like the were burning. Never going back and I would definitely not recommend. This place it also dirty and they dont even have the proper equipment. Im not even going back to get them taken off.

Will not be returning.. generally cleanliness was horrible, the tools weren’t placed in any sort of cleaner and nail files weren’t new and had been used on other clients. My sister had a pedicure done and they used a totally different colour then what she had asked for and then she has noticed clumps of something coming out of the area were the water came out and nothing was done when she bought that to the ladies attention… pricing was ridiculous paid $73 on my acrylic nails when I was told it would be at most $50.. definitely don’t recommend

They fit me in last minute for a Mani-Pedi on my birthday, and I was beyond pampered! I love my nails, and had a fantastic experience. The ladies are so sweet, and even generously shared some cherries they had gotten recently while my nails dried! I live in Alberta but will definitely be back when I am in Cranbrook and wanting to treat myself. ❤️

J&T nails is the place to get all your pampering done. Lily, Kim and daughter poured every minute into pampering me today, a pedi, mini manicure was the best I every had. They have my vote. : ) Thank you Ladies! Brenda
