Inspection Works - Spruce Grove

Recently booked (online) David and Dennis for home inspection for our first house. They were recommended by our realtor and they didn't disappoint. Showed up early and got right to work. Thoroughly inspected everything they could access. Even popped some popcorn to munch on to test the microwave.Was able to follow them through the house and got feedback while they were working. At the end they went through the digital report and sent me a copy. Was even able to book a WETT inspection for fireplace through them.I'd definitely hire them again for any future purchases.

Dennis and David were professional, courteous, personable, and very helpful.We initially were looking for a Green Certification on our home, but could not find a single person that had he ability to do this. David has tried to help me find an inspector, and when he could not he went ahead and obtained training/certification to help fill our needs. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We then decided to have our home inspected as well.Their home inspection was thorough, efficient, and we gained a lot of new knowledge during this.We were beyond impressed with both men professionally and personally and would recommend to anyone without hesitation. We will certainly use them for our needs in the future.

I highly recommend Truscope home inspections. They were professional and thorough. Their report was very descriptive and included lots of photos. They went the extra mile explaining everything we should be aware of, what should be fixed, and what to keep an eye on. They followed up afterward and were very open to helping answer any and all questions we had both before, during and after the inspection.

Dave and Dennis were very polite, professional, and helpful to us new home owners who have very limited knowledge with home maintenance. I recently had David complete an inspection of our country home which is over 45 years old.. lots to inspect. He did a very thorough job, snapped lots of pictures, and took the time to explain to us where there were issues. Although I was aware of some of these concerns, I learned that we had some 'hot' wires under our deck that were dangerously exposed. I also realized that we did not have a 'smoke detector' among other things. David is very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a very positive and informative experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering having a home inspection completed.

We just had a home inspection for the house we are in the process of purchasing and it was a very pleasant experience. David and Dennis were great with their throughout examination of the property from top to bottom and they gave us a great explanation/walk through report of anything they would address and what not to worry about complete with pictures and video. David and Dennis were fantastic. They looked at everything and presented in a way that was clear on safety issues to areas that needed to be monitored. The report was great and we understood exactly where we are with the house so we don’t have future surprises.
