Bought a Samsung S23 Ultra 512GB recently. Dustin, the salesperson, was helpful and patient, answering all my queries. The phone's performance is good, and the 512GB storage is a big plus. Had a small issue after the purchase, but Dustin was quick to assist. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Shawn helped me get my account back up and running after some time away. It seemed like quite the process but he worked with me until I was happy and my account was fully set up and running smooth. Thank you again.

After 28 years with Rogers it was time for a change for my wife and I. We did homework about Koodo on line regards to plans, I spoke to a co-worker who was with Koodo so when we entered the shop we were ready.Dealing with Sean was a great experience. We arrived somewhat nervous about the switch but we quickly were comfortable with Sean's professional, personable and superb customer service.Within 20 minutes from arrival we had both our phones switched over to Koodo. Once we got home all we had to do was set up our voice mail and our on line Koodo account.Many thanks to Sean for guiding us through this process

The two people that work there Dan and the man. (sorry didn't catch the name but actually the guy that helped me multiple times) Helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, caring. I'm happy to find a place where I can take my phone in and feel like I'm being listened to and being given good advice. I would reccomend!

The manager Sean helped me trade in my iPhone XR for an iPhone 14 today, and he made the process super easy and quick. He was so helpful, knowledgable and kind! I couldn’t have had a better experience. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

I had the best experience there with Sean and his coworker! Went in with couple problems Sean was very patient and helpful to figure out all the problems for me. The process took hours but he was still very nice and easy to work with throughout the situation. him and his coworker even stayed after hours to make sure I leave satisfied. Definitely recommend! I highly recommend going to this location for all of your cellular needs and inquiries, they really know their stuff. I went in to Tom Harris Telus to ask some questions about the end of my bring-it-back contract, as I was having some anxiety about the process of switching stored data over to a new phone, and wanted to look at getting a new phone set up on another bring-it-back contract. Coming to this location was the best choice I could have made. I was met, by Sean, with friendly greetings and confidence that he could help me with my questions and put a rest to my anxiety. I asked every question I could think of and Sean was on it. He had an easy to understand answer for everything every step of the way, and was very reassuring about the whole process of transferring my files and apps to my new phone. He also gave me a very accurate estimate for my total and walked me through multiple plan prices and options to make sure I felt comfortable with the choice I was making. I went in feeling worried and uncertain and left happy, excited, and confident with my new phone all set up and with all my files and apps swapped over.
