Lobster man, what a man.You can taste special creamy, fresh sandwiches with cruncky fries.Waiting line is long (maybe 20 minutes) but this is so worth it.Highly recommend when you go to Granville Island.

Lobster tasted ok. The bun was over cooked. Too hard to bite into without destroying the sandwich.

Cheap place to enjoy lobster! The seating is limited, but don't worry, as customers eat quickly and move on. If you're in the mood for oysters, there's a neighboring vendor; however, they don't offer dine-in options.

More than $25 after tax for a signature lobster roll with some chips, too expensive for the amount of lobster I was getting. The brioche bun was soft and buttery. It would be better with freshly fried chips instead of bagged chips.

A satisfying lunch experience here trying out the signature lobster and crab rolls.The lobster filling was fresh and tasty on a brioche roll. A nice balance between the meat, dressing and bun.My friend said that the crab roll was OK but a little to creamy (too much dressing) to really taste the crab.Both are served with very nice crinkle cut salted chips in a box that you can eat out of.Not the cheapest lunch but decent value for money for the area.Very few seats here and its not exactly an attractive part of Granville Island, however, there's lots of nice places with public picnic tables great views close by, by the marina, at the back of the market or by the sea wall.If you choose the sea wall at the moment, you'll see lots of geese and goslings.

If you love lobster, don’t walk - run to Granville Island. We crave these lobster rolls on regular basis. They are SO FRESH and delicious. Make sure to get there before last call at 5:30pm!

Nice lobster place at Granville Island!I got this simple, yet tasty lobster sandwich and went to eat it at the square near the Granville market. That little sit down with the lobster, the music and the sunshine made my entire day.

Tried the signature lobster roll yesterday. The meal you get looks amazing but its taste didnt live up to my expectation. I'm sorry to say but for me it was average at best.

We got the classic lobster roll and Manhattan clam chowder. They were both amazing! There’s not a lot of seating but the meal isn’t a large portion so by the time you ordered and got your food, a spot cleared up!
