I am really impressed with their generous customer service. The food was delicious and prepared with all the safety measures. The store was very well kept and both the staffs were welcoming. FOOD POISONING. Me and my husband came here to grab a dinner. After having dinner in about 2-3 hours we started feeling nauseous, tired and stomach did not feel good.First my husband started throwing up really bad, then I woke up at 3AM and I had to stay up till morning because I was throwing up and shivering. IT WAS THE WORST DINNER AND NIGHT IN OUR LIVES.To answer your question if we had anything else that day: Yes, our regular homemade breakfast/lunch that we eat daily, and never felt this way.Never going back.

Good experience here. So much better than the location on Ellerslie and 91st. The woman there is horrible and cheap with the ingredients. She needs some therapy. Here my burrito was generously filled, tasted great and the young fellow working was really friendly. Will be back again!

Firstly, the lady was more focused in asking our vaccination proof. . My husband showed it first and I was pulling out mine from phone but she had no patience. Rather than paying attention to making our bill and serving us good, she was more interested in showing her ego like we are asking for food without money. Secondly, patheticccc customer service. CHARGED US EXTRA FOR NO REASON. And when we realized, we asked for the receipt. So there she is - she charged us More.. and we took return that extra money from her.Rather than paying attention to your ego, and showing your tantrums keep your focus on serving customers better.Lastly, the sour cream which she gave us was not even 25% of that container. Even she didn't gave us spoon, we had to go and ask for it.She ruined our evening and the mood to even eat.We are also working in retail services, I am sure we are not taught to behave like this.Do your Job nicely or just sit home!!!!This is second time that happened. First time we didn't bother much but this time, didn't feel like letting it go.We love mucho burrito but would never visit this location again!!

Walked in to no one there, person was watching their phone in the back, we stood there hoping they would notice us at some point. We decided to leave after looking at the piles of dirty dishes on the back counter and the air vent right above the trays of food had literal webs of dust coming off of it and blowing onto the food. The person working noticed us there when we were leaving and they heard the door ding again. This was disgusting.

Their food is always fresh and always good. I love that they make their guacamole and chips fresh, in house every day. It has such good flavor. The employees have always been really nice and helpful. This location has always been very clean at each visit. I will definitely be back!

I eat at least 2 times a week at Mucho Burrito, I usually go to the Mayfield location, I can only be honest if my experience, and it’s Always A1 service. Ishman and the others are spectacular every time they serve me.

There’s nothing I love more than a late night burrito! They were generous with servings and very friendly. They also offer churros here!
