Good afternoonThis is in response to Rebecca N’s recent review:I personally handle the Guest Registrations for Authentech Homes and have for the last 5 years. We do not seem to have a record of any contact from Rebecca N although she claims to have met with Scott. Scott does not recall this name and even if he does not I highly doubt Scott would come across that way to anyone ever.It would be helpful if Rebecca N could please contact our office directly to that we can properly respond to the concerns and allegations in her posted review.With regards to waiting for a quote, Scott if very clear with clients that he does not build everywhere in Kelowna. Authentech Homes exclusively builds in some developments and must focus on those homeowners and homes.With the many years working with Gina and Scott and Authentech Homes I can confidently say I have never found a client or homeowner dissatisfied. In fact, all of our clients (who I work directly with) are all extremely satisfied and many have referred Scott and Authentech Homes to their family and friends who we have also built for.Scott is highly respected by The Canadian Home Builders Association, the building community of Kelowna, retailers, trades, developers and homeowners. Scott delayed my project for months taking other clients as a priority.Nothing inspected properly and when confronted he lied and deceived.Please avoid this builder at all costs!

As a HVAC & Plumbing contractor in business for almost 25 years I can honestly say that Authentech Homes is one of the most involved and organized high volume builders around. Scott, Gina and the team at Authentech Homes provide so much involvement up front in all the decision making that it makes the installation/build process so easy. I personally have had Authentech Homes build my own home and we were absolutely thrilled with the results!

I have built two homes in Wilden with Authentech Homes. With years of experience and dedication to countless homeowners Scott and his team have had my family's best interest at heart when building our dream homes.

Authentech Homes is one of the worst builders in the Okanagan - avoid at all costs. Quality is very poor. Do your due diligence as once you are engaged Scott will try and take you for a ride.

AuthenTech Homes Ltd. has built for a number of our clients over the years with nothing but rave reviews.I’ve had the pleasure of sitting in on a number of meetings with Scott and he always does a great job of explaining their process so clients know what to expect.Scott & Gina’s knowledge of the residential construction industry and their attention to detail is a huge benefit to their clients.We would recommend AuthenTech Homes to anyone.

I think they build a nice home but we never got past the first step with them. Waited for a detailed quote, never got one, and then were told that (Scott) does not like to waste time preparing quotes for jobs he doesn't think he is going to get. With that sort of attitude, it certainly did not make us want to proceed and were glad we went with someone else.

Without a doubt one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Great attention to detail. The office is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this builder. Wont be disappointed!

It has taken me over 3 months to get everything fixed despite Scott assuring me the issues will be taken care of!He doesn't even care enough to meet to discuss the issues and will come up with every excuse possible as to why they don't need to correct this deficiency in the house and don't even address it with us.Please beware and stay way from this builder so you don't end up in a similar situation!

Great experience working with Scott and his team. The whole process from design to follow-up was professional and transparent resulting in a beautiful custom-built home!
