Safeway Pharmacy Shaughnessy

Probably the worst pharmacy around. We've had 5 seperate instances in our family of being told that our medication was ready for pick-up, getting there and them saying the have no record of it. The latest I even had a voice-mail from them and they tried to say it was a mistake.The line-up is long and slow, the staff are poorly trained and have no compassion and they frequently do or say things that are (as they say) illegal.Find another pharmacy, any other pharmacy, this one isn't worth your time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Absolutely zero compassion for people and no customer service skills. Take your business to a REAL pharmacy!!

You people have been ripping us off for months.

I have used the pharmacy since this location opened. There has been alot of staff turn around. For the most part they are friendly. Drug costs are in line with other pharmacy's.

Pharmacy hours on google are wrong. During Covid they are open 9am-8pm Mon to Fri and 10am-6pm Sat/Sun/Stats. Check the Safeway website and click under pharmacy for up to date hours

We were in this Safeway last night. We were trying to purchase a Birthday cake of which there was no choices really so my daughter decided to purchase a cupcake from the bakery. There was no one working!! Then we notices a sign back at 7:30 which was a Half hour? We asked several other employees and NO one would serve use!!! Ridiculous!!!! Where is the customer service. After 20 minutes of trying to get help we left the store. We tried to purchase a few other things and the cashier couldn't ring in one item and asked us what the price was. We are from Alberta and have never received this kind of service ever! I hope things change at your location or you will loose other customers!
