Terrible service. On hold and nobody ever comes on. Have to unplug and plug in the box all the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you can find a different provider you should. They are impossible to contact when you have a service issue. I have not been able to connect to the internet for days. Each call for service takes over an hour to connect to a support representative. In what world is that called service?! The support techs are great once you can actually talk to one. Do NOT use this company.

Expensive, limited support, internet cost is outrageous and is 5 times more than my telus account and they are owned by telus..at leastoffer support equal to your high prices

I loved having RhiCom Networks Inc. And then they sold out to mascon. Horrible connection since and I'm constantly having to reset and unplug everything. Half the time that doesn't help. Called for information and help and was told it was my router.. Which its not. Cant get help at night or on weekends at all. Looking for a new provider.

It's nearly impossible to contact Mascon by telephone. Extremely frustrating. Looking for a different internet provider.
