amazing place to buy kids toys！

I ordered a 3 way charger (iphone, airpods and apple watch). Product was defective and drained the battery on my apple watch rather than actually charging it... as it's supposed to do. Then when contacting support to get approved for a refund and return, support tells me they will charge me 10-20% for a restocking fee if the product has been opened or depending on the condition... how was i supposed to know that the product was defective without opening it. My point with this review is to show that this company isn't trustworthy (for products or support). Better to be safe than sorry.

I bought two K7 vacuum cleaners, one of them with some damage. I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced it with a new one for me. Good service!

item arrived with a minor damage , contacted with customs on next day and they shipped a brandnew on the same day at no cost to me!!! very easy to deal it !

We bought a robot dog from Real Canadian Superstore Marketplace" from a seller ALL YOU NEED which traces back to TOYTEXX INC. We bought this robot dog for a 4 year old. The toy is rated for 3+ the dog works well except when you use the "story telling feature" It tells stories such as "A woman goes into the doctors office asking for help and says i dont know what to do i drank a bottle of GASOLINE.. the doctor says oh don't worry just dont SMOKE for the next couple of days". I don't understand how this toy is recommended for ages 3+ when it tells stories like that. We sent the item back in exchange for a full refund of the $65 we paid for the toy. The seller states we didn't put this "instructions" back in the package (which they were in there) and the item has been used so we now had to pay a $10 restocking fee. They refunded us $55 of the $65. I personally would not recommend purchasing anything from this company as it is all cheap knock off toys from China. Customer support with this company is absolutely terrible as well."
