Delilah - Place Alexis Nihon

Went in yesterday the October 31,2022. There was a black lady working there in the afternoon who greeted everyone that came in at that time except for me. Just for the record I don’t know her and it was the first time i was walking into this store

Very poor quality earrings. If you want cute cheap earrings you better go to Forever 21 they are very stylish and cheap but they last for a LONG time compared to the ones sold here

I'll say there's even a section for guys, good stainless steel earrings. I know it's a real girly shop, but the earrings are worth it.

Every time I went to Delilah (whether at the Cour Mr Royal or Alexis Nihon), I always had a nice experience. The prices and staff are always great.Special big up to the saleslady from Alexis Nihon. She is a real gem and a true salesperson ! Very warmth and a great communicator. Based on her accent, I guess she is from the Île Maurice but I could be wrong.

I passed by the store today and found the 50% OFF sign, so i stopped to check the scarves they have. I liked one scarf and wanted to buy it, it was written on it $15.00.When I went to the lady on the cashier (her name is Sharron), she re-stated the fact that it's 50% OFF. I tapped my card and took the receipt, but the amount was $11.49.I told her how is that and the scarf is only $15.00. She said that when she scanned the scarf, it said on the system that it's $20 not $15.Till that point, I would've accepted whatever she said because there was a very helpful lady beside her that kept apologising and saying it's their fault (the helpful lady is a blonde Syrian but I didn't get her name). However, Sharron WAS SUPER RUDE with me, and told me it's a wrong tag and they can do nothing about it. Responding to her rude attitude, I decided to return the scarf. She told me it's not possible and I have to wait aside so other people can pass to the cashier. I waited till she finished with all customers and told her that I'm not leaving without returning it. She told me she can only give me the difference between the price written and the actual price, but the system won't allow a complete refund!!!! (How come the same system would allow a return of some amount, but not the whole amount back). After I insisted on returning the scarf, she called her manager and she finally agreed to do the refund for me (After about 15 mins of COMPLETE RUDENESS). She took my card and then returned it back to me claiming that she couldn't return the amount on the card and she only can give me cash. I was exhausted so I agreed. I took my money back and will never get back to this store again!BEWARE OF THIS STORE, they are not as friendly as they seem!!

Second time I get in the store to get a crown for my sister Quinceañera, the girl with the long hair tells me I can only see them 1 by 1 which I completely Understand why, But every time I asked to show me another one she would look and respond very rudely, I honestly prefer the short haired woman (another employee, She was professional.

Was there Dec 22/22. The staff is always helpful. But we're under unreasonable pressure from a very nasty manager! The manager an older woman with large eyeglasses dressed unprofessionally in black sloppy looking clothing which one would not expect to see according to the image that this kind of store is trying to project. Her appearance look as though she should have been working behind the scenes defiantly not in the presence of customers. Her behavior with customers and employees is rude and very unprofessional.Repeatedly BANGING with her hand on different glass display case tops barking orders at the staff.She is definitely not an asset to the business and because of her behavior, I will not shop there again. She should be fired because her behavior is disgraceful.
