The dr was a no show for my first two appointments. I showed up in person both times and was told to my face that the dr wouldn't be coming in. I had to cancel the third appointment last minute because of COVID isolation. I tried rescheduling for a fourth time and they were rude and turned the situation around and blamed me for being the no show for all three appointments. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was vulnerable and was trying to get medical help and this experience was traumatizing for me. Very unprofessional and very unsympathetic, which is two things you'd expect from a doctor and especially during these hard times.

Doctor Balayla followed me during my whole pregnancy, he was simply amazing. Super attentive and patient, couldn’t have asked for a better doctor especially for my first pregnancy. He was available and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Balayla is hands down one of the best OBGYN I have ever experienced in my life and I go to some of the best in New York for many years. He is extremely intelligent, patient, kind, gentle and professional. He pays close attention to detail and deeply cares about his patients. He is the epitome of what any physician should strive to be. I cannot emphasize enough the kind of human being Dr. Balayla is. I would pay any amount to see him, he is the absolute best!

I was 9 weeks pregnant and bleeding and i emailed them to see what i can do but no one answered even though i wrote urgent in the subject line. unfortunately i lost the baby after that. I went to the emergency and they didn’t know whether or not i needed a dnc. I feel left over!!! And not in good hands. So if a pregnant woman is bleeding they do not reply to her? This is terrible

Dr Balayla has compaction and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I always feel comfortable going to the clinic and the secretary is very kind as well. They respond to their emails quickly and efficiently ( which is rare).

After an emergency, trying to find a caring & compassionate Dr was being a BIG challenge. That’s when I reached out to the clinic of Dr Balayla. I was able to get a prompt response & appointment. The staff at the clinic was very courteous and polite. Dr Balayla was like a breath of fresh air. Compassionate, attentive and someone who genuinely cares for his patient and their concern. He is someone who not only addressed my issues but also patiently answered my questions with a smile. Highly recommended doctor. I’m so happy I was able to meet with him.

Today I had a consultation for a tubal ligation with Dr. Jacques Balayla. After having met with multiple doctors he was the first one to ask me real pertinent questions, take my questions and concerns seriously, and treat me like an adult. I highly recommend him.
