Sold me carwash when it was closed? Went back in and was asked if I was local" I bought car wash for then not a later date. Then the guy behind the till shorchanged my refund? What a joke."

wouldn’t take change. said it was to much. it was a fair amount(17$) asked if i could meet halfway if i had bills. i did not so the assistant manager told me she didn’t want me as a paying customer. i even had separated it all into dollar stacks

Told me to wait 5 minutes to get gas so he could prepare a skip order that was only bags of chips. Busy talking to their friend also.

The Tim Hortons connected to this absolutely sucks. Slowest fast food I've ever been to. The gas station is fine but I'm never greeted with a very nice welcome. I use the car wash all the time but just remember to buy your ticket first (either while getting gas or by going inside) before driving into the wash. There are no signs indicating anywhere to buy a ticket and it has confused me and multiple people. I see people getting out of their car in the line up and running into the station all the time.

What makes a gas station a 5 star place? For sure it's the clean washrooms. This Esso has a pretty efficient little Timmis and plenty of space for larger vehicles to turn around.

I went for a car wash and it didn't clean my car, left a film of dirt. This has happened twice now. I decided after the wash to purchase another wash to see if that made a difference, still a film of dirt left. This car wash use to clean my car, not sure what's happened to it.

It's great this location has become a 7-11 but I'm disappointed they don't sell coffee. I understand why they don't cuz there's a Tim Hortons in the same building but as someone who can't stand Tim's coffee it would be nice to be able to grab a breakfast sandwich from Timmies & a coffee from 7-11.

Poor staffing. Enter store to buy a 2 drinks. Tried to pay with 50$ bill. Was told it's enough to open till. So I left. Went across to petro and got exact same thing with no issues.

Stopped by, the food was good though the bathroom stalls had mud everywhere. And toilet paper littered the ground like drunk teens after a Halloween party.
