I do NOT recommend this travel agency at all! We had a family vacation booked. Our vacation got cancelled due to the weather. After the cancellation this company was not helpful at all! We then talked with WestJet and they informed us to fill out a form and to get help from our travel agent since that’s what we paid for. Sell off had no idea what form this was nor would they help us figure out how to receive our refund to reschedule. Two people Emily and Nancy in the office was supposed to call or email us back and never did. We went to marlin travel and they knew exactly the form we needed and helped us. Between marlin and WestJet they helped us rebook our family vacation. Never will I book with this company again. I recommend Marlin travel.

We have used Selloff vacations before they are a great company. We just booked our Honeymoon with Nancy she was amazing. She was so helpful and spent hours on the phone with West-jet so we did not have too. She was always willing to answer any questions we had and was very responsive. We are must grateful.Kimberley

I have contacted Sell Off Vacations via their web page and they have responded quickly at first.Then my info was transferred to their Regina branch manager Emily. She email me and promised to call next dayI have not received any follow up from her until I actually contacted her again, informing that I will be looking for another agency not be as they seem too busy to call a client.Emily, on her end, suggested that she called and emailed me that day, which was not true at all. As apparently her email and phone call, including voice mail, went through today but yesterday she was not able to reach me???I cannot trust this person with my family’s vacation choice and won’t be working with this agency as a lier runs their branch. I don’t want to look like I’m always unhappy, but when you try to make fool of me- this is too much.I work in sales too and if I ever act like her- I won’t have a returning clientele. I don’t recommend to do business with them

Emily Chambers! Our travel advisor now...she was the best I could ever ask for today. Very polite, friendly. She went above and beyond to straighten our boo boo...we booked a wrong date by accident and the date was 11/2 days away...no way of talking to westjet, it was busy for hrs and I mean hrs..Thanks Emily for making this happen and getting our vacation on the proper date...you are the best customer service representative I've ever had...Thanks again

Emily was away so I ended up booking a trip with Ryan who was excellent, fast, efficient and was able to answer all my questions. Emily followed up with me upon her return and continues to provide amazing service in answering all my questions so very promptly. Highly recommend SellOffVacations!

Emily Chambers at Sell Off Vacations in Regina is seriously the best travel agent!! I wanted to take an all-inclusive trip for the first time with my husband and our two kids. We’d never done anything like this EVER, and had no idea what to do, or what we’d need to consider. Emily made sure we were completely informed at all stages. She asked a bunch of questions about our wishes that, to be completely honest, we hadn’t even thought of, and she was able to provide us with multiple amazing options well within our budget. She was helpful with us making our decision, and was quick to offer her own experiences and her family’s experiences with the place we decided on. My husband is a nervous traveler, and she was able to reassure him that she’d sent her brother and his family to the resort we were going to, and so was able to vouch for the safety and quality. We are literally counting down the days until we leave, and we are SO EXCITED!! Thank you Emily, for your awesome help!
