Amazing experience, great staff, with amazing customer service. I had a pair of silhouette glasses that broke and they were able to repair them for an amazing price. Everywhere else I called, everyone refused me. Really happy with their service and would recommend to anyone.

Just had the most amazing experience at iris centropolis. Staff is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Dre. Hudon was friendly, thorough and professional, explained every step of the exam to my daughter Vivienne. Even examined her optic nerves and retinas and talked about sunglasses and blue light filters. I was very impressed. Jennifer helped my daughter find the perfect glasses. Jennifer took the time needed, was extremely patient and offered detailed advice. Jennifer is the epitome of great customer service. I highly recommend iris centroplis.

TERRIBLE OPTICAL SERVICE…I WENT TO IRIS BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THAT THEY DO CUSTOM LENSES AT THEIR LAB BUT REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE MY TOM FORD FRAMES..!!REALLY? YOU MEIGHT AS WELL GO TO A CHEAPER OPTICAL CHAIN AS THEY USE THE SAME EQUIPMENT AND SAVE YOURSELVES ALOT OF MONEY. MOREOVER, TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, WHEN I INQUIRED ON THE REASON, AN EMPLOYEE NAMED SABINE WHO CALLED ME WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE SPECIFICS AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! GREAT CUSTOMER RESPECT..I COMPLAINED TO IRIS HEAD OFFICE AND WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION FOR THEIR MISREPRESENTATIONS.FIND BELOW THE CLAIMS FROM THEIR WEBSITE:CUSTOM-DESIGNED LENSES TO SUIT YOUR LIFESTYLE“By crafting our own lenses, we are able to create products specifically tailored to our customers’ needs…”“To design your Palma lenses, we use cutting-edge technology. With the help of iProfile, a software exclusive to IRIS…”Therefore your reply that you design only custom frames is a false statement.My frames were indeed bought from an optical store. I didn’t make them myself lol.Just like the lies that I threatened your staff.I recorded the “conversation” with Sabine like I always do because I have learned not to trust people anymore. I certainly did not threaten her. I merely invoked my rights and your obligations under the consumer protection act. She was obnoxious ,ignorant and dismissive of my point of view and was unprofessional to hang up the phone.Instead of apologizing for her behaviour you make false allegations. You are pathetic.

All doctors are good and thorough. Selection of frames is good as well. Very little English however so I do get impatient when trying to explain my issues in French. I just don't have the medical terms down yet although I’m bilingual. We both try our best to get our messages across. I’ll continue to go because they are good there.

staff is very professional and extremely friendly,The prices are good, with a wide selection of frames.(Gucci,Maui Jim, Tom ford, Dior),Optometrists take their time to explain everything to you, they are Super knowledgable and friendly.I'd definitely recommend them. :)
