Beware the doctors here are not always present during open hours. I stopped here because I stepped on a nail and needed a tetanus shot, which should have been a quick thing. It was 15 minutes before the scheduled close at 10pm, but I was told all the doctors decided to go home early so no one could help me. It seems that in a urgent care facility maintaining a basic level of service until the scheduled closing time would be important. Luckily my issue wasn't pressing and I was able to wait until the next morning. But for people who need their urgent care urgently, consider going somewhere else. This location also doesn't answer the phone so it's not possible to know if the doctors decided to work or not on a given scheduled time.

It was my first visit here in the afternoon on Saint Patrick's day. I cut my finger deeply at work, and my supervisor wanted me to see a doctor. All staff working here are definitely calm, respectful, caring and professional, carefully listening to what happened to me. Thanks to Dr. Jackie, Ms. Kiana, and all staff who helped me!! Also, the text message system that notifies me when the treatment room gets ready was very efficient.Regarding the waiting time, I needed to wait to get treatment for about 2.5 hours after the reception. But again, it was on the Friday afternoon of the long weekend. Also ten patients were waiting already before me, and mine was not fatel injure. That's pretty straightforward. They did their best.

They made sick people wait outside in the cold weather, spent 3 hours on the line waiting just for the Triage, they have literally 0 sense of urgency or care with the patients. After that you will still need to wait more 2-3 hours to see a doctor that wont even touch you.

Waited two hours just to be seen by a nurse, who then told me they would text when I should come back. I’ve now been waiting 90 minutes in the exam room since going back after receiving that text. It’s now been almost 4 hours since I arrived, and I still have yet to be seen. When I finally was seen the doctor spent about one minute with me, and I then had to return to ask for the tetanus shot the nurse said they would give me, and didn’t. Further evidence no one needed of our failing medical system.

Everyone is great up until the doctor. Dr. Jackie Regan is very condescending. I was on my phone because I've waited total 4hrs to see her and when I told her what was happening based on my past experience, she said it wasn't the case. Ok I accepted what she said but she kept insisting that I go on my phone to confirm what she said. Even when I said I believed her, she still insisted that I check on my phone. When she said that she could get an x-ray and I asked her opinion and she said felt not necessary, I agreed with her and said I trust her. Even as she left the room, again she told me to check on the phone for confirm what she said. I never doubted her but only shared my experience that has happened over 4 or 5 times. Is the patient's experience not important in understanding the concern. And even though I said I believed and trusted her, she kept telling to check on the phone. It has put such a bad experience that I'm needing to see a doctor for non-,urgent issue and my family doctor wait time is too long wait that I'm thinking I'll just let the issue slowly pass. This is not how medical service should be. People should have decided to be doctors to help people, not belittle them.I am not giving a lower rating because reception and triage nurses were amazing. Compassionate, empathetic and kind even when they were busy and overwhelmed.

I went in to the clinic today and had a positive experience. I didn't have to wait long before I was seen by someone. My nurse, Rachel was warm, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Memar was attentive and spent time listening to me before giving a diagnosis. It was convenient they had a pharmacy right next door, so I could get my prescription filled quickly.

The staff here were very knowledgeable, competent, polite, and professional. From the registration and intake process to invasive examinations, I felt comfortable and confident in the teams abilities. Dr Moore specifically was incredible; It has been years since I’ve received that level of treatment - would highly recommend going to this centre (just get there early)Eternally grateful for the experience! Thank you

Staff and nurses were very lovely and helpful but the doctor only talk to us for 2 minutes and was very dismissive and it was obvious she didn't wanna be there. After 2 minutes and me asking to get an x-ray for my daughter they made us wait more than an hour for the results we ended up leaving and going to Saint Paul's er.
