Booked in for my yearly clean. Very impressed with the service. This is probably the 4th time I have used this company. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

Kevin got back to me quickly when I asked for a quote and came on time to do the job. Very clean and efficient and explained how to use the wood burner to get the best out of it. Certificate for insurance included. Excellent job will definitely get him next year. Highly recommend.

Kevin and his daughter did a very professional job, they arrived as arranged.Left no mess it was like they hadn't been there.Gave lots of tips to improve our stove care and effective burning. Very competitive price. 5* service, would recommend without hesitation and will use them myself yearly.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kevin. While cleaning my flue/stove he noticed the frame around my glass was a bit loose. He went to his van and grab a rope seal to fill the gap. We started talking about a couple other parts, which I had replacements for in the closet. He told me to get them and he replaced those also. He wasn't even going to charge me, for the rope seal or extra time. Last year he asked if I was going through a lot of wood. I told him yes. He proceeded to tell me there was a part missing that was causing it. I tracked the part down (old stove) and once the part was inserted I seem to be using around 60%+ less wood. We have been using Kevin's (and his daughter's) services for several years now. Our experience is always shows when says, will call if needs to reschedule, never leaves a mess, reliable and very resonably priced.

Kevin is one of the best contractors I have ever used! No effort was spared to resolve our wood burning stove problem, both on the phone and in person.
