Kirby altered my wedding dress and she did an amazing job! My dress was lace so I was slightly worried about taking length off of the bottom, but I couldn’t tell at all. Everything fit perfectly. If you put your trust in Kirby, you will not be disappointed.

It might have taken a hot minute to get some parts in but the quality of work is phenomenal (better then new). I moved out of town before any repair were done and they were able to work with and get what i needed shipped out. This kind customer service you dont see anymore and has been a breath of fresh air for me. 10/10 would recommend if you dont mind a bit of a wait.Photo is a water proof zipper that they repaired

Terrible service with my wedding dress, did not listen to what i wanted done, she decided to do it her way and it looked terrible, so i had them change it to how i had originally asked and they did a very sloppy looking job resulting in wrinkly, awkwardly bunched fabric so i had to take it to ANOTHER seamstress to get it fixed.. and that was like 2 weeks b4 my wedding. Highly disappointed in their service. Would not recommend

Kirby and her staff are phenomenal!They have done all the alterations for our wedding - my partners wedding dress, my suit pants, our attendants dresses and my mother in laws suit. All of them done to perfection.Kirby, you are a gem of a human and I'm so happy to see your business taking off! I will always recommend you to anyone needing alterations! Thanks for everything you have done for us leading up to our wedding!!

I attempted to repair a tear on my 30 y/o Barbour Beaufort, I only made it worse. I dropped it off expecting a patch overtop. Instead, the tear was stitched shut and the patch was sewn between the inner/outer layers. After being waxed, the material is now stronger. This was highly skilled, professional work. Very content with this repair.Thank you very much. Excellent service.

I got my grad dress altered by Kirby and I was very happy with the results. My original dress was 4 or more sizes too big and I thought the material would be really hard to work with since it was all sequins but Kirby perfectly altered it. She was incredibly sweet and very understanding since I had to come from an hour away and was late to a couple of appointments. She also met the deadline accordingly and it was overall a great experience!

I am extremely happy with my wedding dress! There were so many complicated alterations that needed to be done in a short period of time but it couldn’t have turned out better. Kirby was so reassuring & amazing to work with. She’s super sweet, efficient & understanding. The price was extremely reasonable too- I was expecting to pay at least double. Would recommend 1000x.

I recently had a misunderstanding on the time of pick up of my items and Kirby and her team went above and beyond to accelerate the work (alteration of kid’s snow suit and jacket, as well as a jeans hem) in order to complete them in time for my flight. The work was also very well done and I very much appreciate the lengths they went to in order to complete the work because Kirby could have just returned the items to me saying that they wouldn’t be able to complete the work instead of making this massive effort.
