They are the best! Very professional and knowledgable! Used them in the past and will in the future! They were here to replace my well pump and were done before the competition called me back to schedule an appointment. I already have them scheduled for more work on some other issues. Hats off to Mr. Scott Tift and his workers!!

I called Drain Masters after a recommendation from a friend...I thought I had a clog somewhere in my line. Scott came out and after clearing a clog, went above and beyond to inspect the line as it left my house to the village line. He found that I had a break just off my foundation which contributed to the clog in the first place. He laid out a couple of different options for me, fully explaining the entire process and why they would be doing what they did. Upon choosing the option that seemed to be best, they completely fixed the issue. Fantastic service all the way around and I will recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue...big or small.

Water was oozing on my basement floor.Jim diagnosed the problem..old cast iron sewer pipes had crumbled and the sump pump was spewing under the floor..horrible..but he and his crew found it,fixed it,explained everything and were so pleasant ..I really appreciated their kindness and expertise!

Don't know why they're rated so well. I had them come out for an estimate. A guy came out, and looked over the job. Said we'd receive a quote. We never did. Called them back about 3 weeks later. The woman in the office didn't have any quotes for us either. She said she'd reach out to the guy that had looked over the job, and call me back. Still never heard anything. All I can surmise is that they don't need, or want the business.

Drain masters are of the highest caliber of professionals. They are always available and they take time to explain to you the issues at hand and the most economical means to fix it right the first time. They are straight forward and tell you exactly what needs to be done to fix it. I highly recommend them!

Thank goodness for Drain Masters! After spending Mother's Day weekend with no toilets, no washing machine, no showers, and very little of water usage It was a pleasure to do business with them. I spoke with Maddie in the office who was very professional and explained the services that they offer. She sent a crew to my house within a short time. Andre and his partner were very professional and took charge of the situation. They were able to clean my septic line out using their water jet service. They then instructed me on the proper toilet paper to use and came into the house to make sure that everything was in working order before they left. I will definitely use drain masters again for future needs. And I am happy that they were recommended to me through another plumber.

So, so thankful for these guys! Had a septic issue over a holiday weekend and they SAVED THE DAY!! Ed and his staff, including his son, were super professional-they knew exactly what needed to be done and the best way to do it. I am so happy with the work they did! I was even happy with how much they charged to do the work. Better yet, they are local and that counts. I will be a lifelong customer. Paid $189 for them to come provide an estimate for septic repair and they didn't give one. Stood in my yard and told me to get an engineer, then they could figure something out. No test was done and general approach towards solving my problem was aloof at best. Wasted my time and money, could've explained the process over the phone or at the very least explained there would be a charge for stopping by. They were professional and timely, but the process was misleading. Went with another contractor.

Had a blockage I couldn't resolve. I was referred here by another plumber who couldn't get to the job that day. Drain Masters scheduled me for an emergency service on a blizzard day. However, someone was free and showed up during normal hours so I wouldn't be charged the emergency rate. He stayed for a few hours until he could resolve my problem, working for a good bit of it in the aforementioned bad weather.
