I get pedicures monthly. Very professional and friendly service. Kept sanitary conditions. Water/ tea, shiatsu massage chairs. They do beautiful nails and great foot massages. Knowledge of special needs.eg. Ingrown toenail care

When I visit Ontario, I always try to make it out and get my nails done. It is a lovely place to visit and the ‘aunties’ are amazing group of ladies- ladies you really want to support.I usually get a regular pedicure and they clean them up nicely

The Lotus Spa owner was very thoughtful and kind. When we got to the salon she offered my mom and i some water and tea which showed her hospitality. We all got pedicures and left our skin super soft and flawless.Will definitely be coming back

I love going to Lotus Spa! After trying many different nail salons in London, I found myself going back to Lotus. And I won’t go anywhere else now. Luu (the owner) is so so kind and really treats you like family and not just another customer that walks in. All the shellac that I have done with her has lasted and really has never broke off. 5 star all the way.

I had a spa pedicure and manicure which were great. No problem. I had my eyebrows waxed and my eyelid was burned. It hurts and I hope it doesn’t leave a scar. I am very upset.

Me and my mom had an absolutely wonderful experience coming here. The place was recommended to us by mother-in-law who has been seeing Luu (the owner) for many years. Everyone is warm and friendly and treat you like family. Luu helped my mom pick a nice colour that suited her and gave her helpful suggestions to look after her nails in the future. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Absolutely don’t recommend it.Quality of products is weird .No dipping in manicure. No scrubbing no moisturiser.I was charged 10$ more than I was quoted on the phone and then told that I heard incorrectly ( mind you I called twice before I went there).Never going back.P.S: There was no exfoliation done in the pedicure too.Why waste money for just getting your nails cut and calluses removed.Manicure with shellac and regular pedicure was 70++ .Hard earned money going waste hurts.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I could do my own BUT always a treat to have someone do it for you. The ladies at Lotus Spa were absolutely the sweetest and I’m very happy!! Thank You!

Had a pedicure today and the experience was good but I got home and had a closer look at them and polish on about 3-4 toenails doesn’t even go to edges. Disappointing to say the least
