Calgary Overhead Door Ltd

I arranged for Calgary Overhead door to come to my house to replace a broken spring and the opener at my house. I scheduled an appointment for them to do the work. The day of the install came and i got the call that they would be over to do the work, i was busy at work and the call went to voicemail. I quickly returned the call the and installer said that my account was passed on to another guy, and i would hear from him within the hour. 4 days went by and i never got a call, i called the original installer back and got no answer and never received a call back. So i called another company and they came over the next day and installed my new opener.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!I made an appointment with them 1 week in advance; I took the day off from work as they could only guarantee a half hour notification window. After waiting all day I finally called at 4 pm to find out what was going on and got a voicemail, left a message that I was waiting, wondering what happened and to please call me back. First thing the next day I called back to find out what had happened and spoke to Krista (who had booked the appointment the first time). She informed me that I had never been booked for any appointment and told me that someone would come out today to fix my garage door. So I took another day off of work and waited. At 2 pm when I still had not heard anything I called back and again spoke with Krista who assured me that I was still on the appointment book for the day. Nobody ever showed up, no call to say they won't be coming or to reschedule, nothing. I am shocked that this happened to me twice in a matter of 2 days and super frustrated that I am out 2 days pay and my garage door is still broken.

Honest to a FaultWe were told we would need a new garage door opener and called Calgary Overhead Doors as their pricing is the most competitive. When the technician arrived, he determined we didn't need a new opener after all, and he repaired it. It's never worked so well or quietly! Very impressed with their honesty and knowledge. I've already recommended this company to others.

I had an extreme situation where my garage door pulled the mounting framework from the house. This created a big mess and made my door non-functional and even unable to manually open. Very scary situation when it occurred. I called Calgary Overhead Door Ltd. for help. They were able to do an emergency evening service call right away. It took them tearing everything apart to refasten wood parts back onto house, then putting door assemblies back together, retorque springs, adjust and test everything. My garage door has never worked better. Much smoother operation overall, and installed properly.I recommend Calgary Overhead Door Ltd. to everyone. Thank you for the great service!

I've had Calgary Overhead Doors out twice to perform work for us. Once for replacing the opener and once for replacing the door springs after one broke. Both times we've been very happy with the service AND the costs. I got some other quotes that were WAY more expensive. Krista at reception is always pleasant to deal with too.I'll continue to use these guys and send friends their way.

We needed to have a broken cable on our overhead garage door repaired and was extremely pleased with the service Calgary Overhead Door provided. The dispatcher was efficient, courteous and even offered a couple of suggestions regarding the door until the repair person came, The repair person came as scheduled (calling first to let me know he was on the way), completed the repair promptly, lubed the entire door and tightened the springs all within the quoted price for the repair. A job well done.
