My name is Chantelle, for some reason it’s my sons account and I just wanted to say how amazing Courtney was when I saw her for lip injections two weeks ago. I am incredibly anxious when it comes to injections and meeting new doctors. She made me feel comfortable from the moment she stepped into the room, we discussed my lip goals, my hesitations, my worries. She completely made me feel at ease and she was so incredibly gentle. I will refer her 1000 times over and she will now be the only person I go see.

I had been a repeat customer for over 10 years. Dr Lupin had removed sun damage, moles, and a frown line which always made me look angry. During one treatment I questioned him about a mole on my leg, to which he inspected and said that it looked normal and I should only remove for cosmetic reasons. Half a year later, I questioned himAgain as I had some ongoing concerns about it. The same advice was given. It wasn’t until a few years later, during another doctors visit, in another town (I had moved for work)), that this doctor removed the mole and has it tested. Melanoma. Somehow the lab results copy was also sent to Dr Lupin, (no longer in the picture, but still on lab file) whose office called me to advise I go have my GP check it out. I was livid, scared, anxious - thankfully, my new doctor removed extra tissue (another procedure), beyond the area involved (standard practise apparently) and I received the all clear. It still stings that a doctor (and dermatologist!) I trusted for so long could fail me in such a way. I also noted that many of Dr Lupin’s staff were beginning to look too “over filled”, which added to putting me off seeking any further treatment.

Tried to get an appointment to see a dermatologist for a minor skin issue- the receptionist was extremely rude and I felt like they didn't want my business. After telling me it would cost $250.00 for a consult with a dermatologist, I was then told they couldn't see me if it was a medical issue!!! Very alarming and concerning as Dr Lupin presents himself as a world re-nouned dermatologist!!

Older hubby comment...After a nudge from my wife, I started getting Botox treatments at Cosmedica. After treatment, I feel like my face has a more relaxed appearance and hey.. Who doesn't mind looking a couple years younger?" I'm very happy with the results. All the staff are excellent but a Nod to Nurse Sheri

I have seen Sheri for filler several times now and she is fantastic. I feel so confident with my face in her skilled hands, not to mention her kind and attentive bedside manner. The front desk staff are always so helpful and courteous. Always a 5 star experience!

I paid around $3500 for their lazer to get rid of a neck tattoo. At the original consultation the manager told me that they could get rid of it completely . 8 sessions later, 3500 bucks later it was pretty obvious it was going to need alot more sessions. When I complained to her her tune totally changed and she tells me that she has seen their laser get rid of tattoos 90% so she lied to me and I'm p***ed off. In my opinion she is under qualified for her position. Kept cutting me off and arguing with me when I was trying to explain. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do it unless u are getting a cover up after. I want my money back I had to go and get a cover up which I didn't want on my neck. Waste of money!

Dr. Anderson and her assistant Lindsay were professional, caring, and generous with their time and resources. Excellent service.

I attended this clinic expecting to get a dermatologist consult, and a treatment plan. I met with manager and she was lovely. Training I think was with Dr Lupin. I was recommended, after a cursory look, 3 BBL and laser of blood vessels for a pkg of $1600 . I had hoped to have before and after pics, I had to ask just before 1st. Had RN do 1st treatment and was ok swelling and felt like a burn I iced and after few days was gone.Second session I noticed nothing, no redness no heat , nothing. I had asked for same RN and I felt she was annoyed as another “ technician “ had been booked to do my Tx.Third time I had a very experienced technician who aggressively treated every spot, blood vessel. However, I had extensive swelling despite icing the first two days. My right eye was almost completely closed, took Benadryl for three days. Swelling lasted over 6 days.I can’t say the procedures did much more than reduce spider veins in nose due to rosacea.I saw my regular Dermatologist ( who suggested Dr Lupin for spider veins) yesterday for yearly cancer and rosacea check. She was surprised I didn’t get consult with Dr.Lupin as he owns clinic /or has it been sold to medi spa? ?? BBL is not treatment for rosacea , she told me to only use it for zapping blood vessels. I have zero sun damage or brown patches which BBL targets. I also purchased several skinceutical products and had terrible reactions. I did mention it at second visit and staff told me to “ see a Dr” or “ stop using it”.I thought a Dr owned the practice. I didn’t get to speak to someone to figure out better option or offered to return the $80 product. After 2nd treatment was sold another skinceutical product to reduce redness, this reacted badly to my already angry inflamed skin. I did return the products after calling to inquire if I could and had to drive 25km round trip into Victoria at a certain time to do so.Overall, my lower eye is still tender after three weeks. Derm said it will heal but don’t use any retinol as I was told to start using. I don’t think I will return for treatment, there are other medi spas that have a Dr on site to conduct an assessment for procedures. Disappointed in results for the cost. I was very realistic in my expectations mostly to reduce redness from rosacea and have nose spider veins removed. Derm put me on doxycycline and said will clear up all of it. Cost $46. With insurance.
