Horrible customer service and backend issues. Made an online order for free store pick up. The claim was within one hour with a * beside it. I figured likely it will be maybe 2-3hrs at most. After my credit card was charged around 10:00am I proceeded to the store around 11:00am they told me the had not yet received my order. I called customer service who told me they had pushed the order through at that it should be at the store. I then called at 4pm and spoke to one nice associate who basically couldn’t help with the situation. I then proceeded to call customer service again who said the order has been processed. When the manager Paul called me back he spoke very condescendingly. He told me he can’t cancel my order or give me the item I had been charged for then proceeded to tell me that the address on my credit card was in Hamilton. I’m confused if you haven’t received my order how you have my credit card information. All in all I ended up calling customer care again at 5pm and had my order canceled. I will never buy from the source again and I wouldn’t attend the welland seaway mall store EVER again. Horrible service, rude staff and no help after already having been charged for an item. Currently on my way to Best Buy.

Long story short- I'm out hundreds because of the source.This happened a few years ago, but I haven't returned since. I bought a ps4 with an extended warranty from here. After a year the HDMI port started to fail, so I brought it back to use my extended warranty. The source took my PS4 and said it would be a month(which is a long time for a kid). After a month of not hearing from them, I returned to the store and they said it would be another month. So I waited again. Another month went by, and I hadn't heard from them, so I went back in, and a lovely woman was very honest with me (probably the only good interaction I had from this story). She said the Playstation was still sitting in the back of the store!!! They had never sent it out! So I called the complait line and they offered me a 100-dollar gift card from the source. I only took it because I still appreciated the woman being honest. The PlayStation took another month, and guess what? The problem wasn't fixed. I went on youtube and fixed it myself. I got the 100 gift card and used it to buy a 250 refurbished laptop. The laptop, for some reason, had windows ten installed on it, but the computer itself could not handle it. It took 10 minutes to boot up, and you could only open one thing at a time, or it would crash. So the computer was utterly useless. Oh well, it only cost me 150 dollars. I plugged my new Samsung phone into the computer, and my phone instinly fried! The computer was doing some reverse-charging thing and killed my phone ultimately. So, all in all, I was out of money for the warranty (because they did nothing with it), the money for the computer (because it didn't work), and I had to buy a new phone. I was so mad I didn't even want to deal with the source. I just told every family and coworker, Never Go Here!

See below..The Welland location was excellentthe St. Catherines...Very disappointed.Went to purchase a present for my son and Very poor customer service.No one approached me or even acknowledged I was there even though I counted at least 4 associates.After 10 minutes I left and went to the location in Welland which there were 2 associates busy with customers. Regardless I was acknowledged and within minutes was assisted and purchased my 400 dollar plus item.Shows the difference between one location and another.Well done Welland.Thanks

The entire team at this location provides top notch customer service. Brendan helped me pick out a new iPhone and upgrade my plan which I couldn’t be happier about. He was knowledgeable and professional in helping me with picking out the best phone for me. I decided to trade in my old phone the following day, which Paul helped me with. He was fantastic, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I was well taken care of. The rest of the team was also very engaging in conversation and friendly with me and other customers. I highly recommend this source!
