Unfortunately especially for the deliveries at the location, they have to improve and start thinking out of the box...For instance if there is a delivery arriving earlier than the appointment time and they have so many available spots, instead of going with the exact schedule, they should be able to accommodate the driver even appreciate for their quicker service.
