Ordered the tender box meal,that comes with 4 tenders and popcorn chicken,fries and salad. I was the only person in the store so order was not mixed up with someone else. I got my order and went driving down the road in my transport truck only to discover they gave me 4 piece regular chicken and fries,no salad. Not what i ordered and paid for. So check your orders in that store. I won't stop there again.

I went there in the afternoon. I live in town and I have visited there often. This time I ordered a 18 piece chicken bucket and asked for only leg piece chicken and they gave me huge pieces of chicken when I went manager named Theresa was so rude and she refused to give a replacement or do anything about it. She made us wait half and hour for other manager so he can come and do the replacement. At the end he did it and she was such an arrogant lady that she won’t do it from her side. My tip would be please always check your order when you get it not afterwards so at least you can tell them that’s not what was ordered. Worst customer service.

This KFC needs some attention. It could have been a great place. I stopped here 2 times and 3 days apart, and the experience just seems to be getting worse. Staff needed food doesn't seem fresh. Customers complaining and asking for a refund. My recommendation would be to downsize the operation to a smaller space where fewer resources would be required to operate or add other businesses (pizzahut, taco bell ) and use resources c across multiple businesses.

Very disappointed today. We have recently started going back to KFC because of bad experiences and it has been fantastic up until today. I placed my order and asked for a medium gravy in which they didn’t have any and he offered two small I said sure. When I got home out of town we had no gravy I called back and they said I didn’t have it on my order and I didn’t pay for it. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt either. Either way they asked me if I wanted two small gravy instead and I said yes. I didn’t have it in my order, they did nothing for us not even when I asked for them to take my name so that I can get two small gravy next time. Either way it was their fault and they didn’t own it. Disappointed and won’t be back. I gave a rating of two stars because originally they were friendly and the food was good. I didn’t even eat the fries because I don’t care for it without gravy.Christine, we miss you………

ordered classic bucket of chicken, fries, mac salad and potato salad not sure what it was but made both me and my husband throw up.... tasted absolutely gross as well

Ordered for 2 adults and 2 kids. The order took 27 minutes to prepare, while we watched at least 15 people in Cars arrive and be served at the drive through.... while our kids sat hungry... if i could give 0 I would , person arriving after me chatted with the cashier using first names, left in 5 minutes with her families order.... total bs.

Honestly the worst most incompetent fast food restaurant in town in terms of service and management. I’m honestly surprised that they’re still in business. 9/10 times you order will be incorrect no matter how clear or simple you make your order.

The restaurant ran out of chicken and had a 20 minute wait to get it. Except they weren't telling customers this until they inquired how much longer for their food. Some had ordered an hour previously to be ready at the time we were there. Additionally, we asked for plum sauce and barbeque sauce to go with the dishes we ordered, and instead we got ketchup. No apologies for the delay, either, to any of the customers waiting. The parking lot is suitable for cars, but not for thise pjlling campers. There is a motel next door but not suitable for parking a trailer to grab KFC, either.

Food was good, as well as hot, but took almost 25 minutes, with only 2 vehicles ahead of me in the Drive-thru. We o ly ordered 2 Big Crunch sandwiches. There's no excuse for this. Fast food? I really wish I had gone somewhere else.
