I have been a home phone subscriber with Atalk for some time now and am very happy with it. The rates are very affordable and the options I got included were a bonus! I highly recommend it :)

Stay clear of this company!!! The hassle is not worth the minimal savings poor service, rude staff with poor communication skills, and the speed is quite slow. Moreover, they send you threatening letters 2 days after you get the bill!!!!I've since cancelled my service and still waiting for a return label to send the modem back, but instead they sent me to collections!!!A talk you suck!!!P.S any positive review you see here is either bogus or done by employees forced at gun point!!!!

Great service! very responsive and knowledgable staff makes the entire experience very easy and painless. I am personally a subscriber with multiple services offered by Atalk.Overall great speed and very affordable :))))))

Update: I canceled my internet service bc they couldnt get me a technician to fix my problem but kept the phone service (affordable). They also gave me a $50 credit which will cover a few of my phone bills. Although i was very annoyed with their inability to fix my internet problem, customer service is not rude and they start to get back to me faster. I still wouldn't recommend it for internet but for phone it should be fine.Previous review:Used to be a great service but not anymore. The internet is always having problems and the customer service/tech department refuse to fix your problem or send a technician. They waste your time for weeks making you restart the modem or a send a new one to avoid sending a technician. They always say ______ department" will call you back but they dont. Im sick and tired of the terrible service and the internet problems so i cancelled. Wouldnt recommend it anymore. What a pity."

WORST customer service!!! Stay away from this company! My internet is constantly down, I regularly spend over an hour ( or longer) with their customer service representative and she is useless. I requested to speak to a manager and was told he would call me later in the day. He never called. I called back the next day and was told the same thing. A week went by without a word from him. I still have not heard from him.Pay $5 more a month with a different company and save yourself HOURS of headaches from dealing with their incompetent employees and horrible internet service!

This conpany is super incompetent in costumer service and internet. It has been a week since my internet stopped working and have been contacting then nonstop they keep asking the samd thing and once they finally ask a diffrent question and have to send one email to me they don't. AND OF COURSE IT?CLEARLY STATES THEY CLOSE AT 9:30 BUT NEVER PICK UP AFTER EIGHT . I honestly do wish at this point this company wasnt a thing

If u want to spend more money for less, then Atalk is for you. Otherwise, stay clear! It charges more than other DSL resellers and has NO customer service or support. Literally, there is only 1 person answering the phone no matter what you are calling about and this person will tell you he/she is an receptionist but can’t transfer your call to anyone, can only take ur number and have someone call you back and no one ever do! I can understand this as a cost saving method, but all savings goes to the company and not to you.

Started off really bad. Did not coordinate with the technician in order to set up the modem (which was not there when the technician came).Did not provide us with the necessary information in order to set up the wifi on our own with a DSL connection. Had to call back several times in order to get things moving. The 1st technician from Bell did not do his job. But atalk was able to send a 2nd one who was great. After 1h spent on the phone with a worker from atalk, the connection finally worked, but was really complicated. I was paying for 25mbs, could not even get 1mbs download speed. Finally cancelled after two weeks. Do yourself a service and got with another company.Customer service is really bad, and the rep confronted me with this review... Told him the same thing to his face.

If I could give 0 stars, trust me they would 100% get it.Long story short; you're much better off setting fire to your money than going with these guys.The customer support is worse than me talking to a brick because at least the brick won't tell me to reset my router after I've already told it that I've reset my router.If you want the atalk experience then just throw your money off a cliff and every time you have a problem hit yourself in the head with a bat hoping the problem would go away.

Worst service ever, internet cuts off all the time! Can't watch a full show on Netflix, and together with the internet you loose home phone service. I have called every week for the past 4 weeks to their rude and useless customer service and still waiting for someone to call me! They don't even call you back. I just called now and the lady told me oh you still have the problem Sr?" Off course I still have the problem! You have done nothing to fix it! My mistake was not reading this reviews before getting their service! Trust me! go somewhere else!"
