Before my Reiki and Ear Candling session with Nina, I felt frustration about some things going on in my life and physically, my ears had been itching.During the session, I felt supported as Nina has a very nurturing energy. I appreciated that she shared what she picked up in an honest, yet compassionate way. She helped me feel kinder towards myself and gain clarity on how to move forward with some things in my business.After the session, I felt a sense of freeness, contentment, and my creativity started to flow better. I felt more confidence and clarity on navigating some challenges in my life. Physically, my ears felt clearer and I can hear better. I fully enjoyed my in-person reiki training at Lift Your Vibe. I appreciated the initial discovery call and reiki session prior to the training. The training space was warm and welcoming. Nina’s leadership was gentle and her teaching was nicely paced. I learned a lot about reiki and gained new skills i got to practice in-person.
