I started with Insight almost two years ago and was the best decision I could have ever made. Neil’s knowledge mixed with his caring and nurturing personality made me believe in myself to go on my journey that originally started in gaining my health back, to wanting to enter a body building competition in figure and not look out of place. I am so proud to call Neil my coach but also my friend. I can not recommend Neil and his Insight services enough!!!

Neil starting working me when I was at my worst. He is passionate about getting to the root of the issue, not just focusing on one thing. He coaches the person as a whole. His own personal stories are uplifting and give encouragement. It has been quite a journey and we know I still have a long road ahead of me but I now have hope and happiness where there was once sadness, frustration and despair. Thank you Neil!

I have NOTHING but good things to say about InSight and Neil! Since joining InSight, I have become so much better educated on my body's wants and needs, and have in the process shed over 50 lbs of body fat while maintaining muscle mass! This is not a fad diet, but a science based, individually catered LIFESTYLE CHANGE!At 38 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life, and have the tools to keep getting better!Invest in yourself, and gain InSight!

He has been helping me with health issues for over 20 yrs. Its hard to coach family, which I am, but he has been professional and diligent in making sure certain health issues i've had to deal with over the years were addressed. He managed to get me off medication that I was taking for my physical health was back in 2010 and i has been guiding me continually since then. I owe the overall health and wellness of both myself and my family to his guidance, knowledge and perseverance.
