Paul recently assessed a house for us in Kamloops in February 2023. His valuation was extremely conservative and under the assessed value. He might reply by saying the market has decreased. Then explain that to BC assessment, so we can pay less tax. Regardless I will never use his services again as there are many alternatives appraisers in Kamloops. We used them previously in the past and thought to give them a second chance but was very dissapointed with the low assessment. I have lost faith in their assessment evaluations. I will never use Thompson Rivers Appraisals again.
