I came in thinking my stylus needed to be replaced, but they gave it a thorough cleaning, and we tested it out and it sounded great... so they suggested i didn't need to buy a new one yet (meaning that they were not simply trying to convince me to buy something). Even more, i got a whole lesson on the nuanced workings of a turntable and stylus...So: very friendly and especially knowledgeable!

There's a reason all the music stores in london recommend this place, amazing, friendly and professional services are very apparent here. My record player needed an entire needle cartridge replacement wich I was thoroughly walked through how to do. I really appreciate the time and attention to detail.

I took my turntable in for repair and they got it sorted for a fair bit less than I thought it would cost. Staff are friendly and know their products well. Excellent store, would recommend to anyone needing their existing equipment fixed or looking to make a new purchase.

I've been periodically visiting this establishment throughout the years, and I must say even after many years, I am still taken back by the high-caliber customer service that is offered. I always feel so welcomed when I return and the gentleman that owns the shop always seems to remember me and many of the reasons I had come in the past. They took the time, without being prompted, to show me in depth and explain some of the different accessories and equipment I was inquiring about, all with a smile too. Anybody who owns stereo or turntable equipment should highly consider visiting this store. I look forward to being a loyal customer for many years to come, keep up the phenomenal work.

Great VibesAfter moving from Montreal, I was concerned about finding an audio store that would meet my needs.Look no further Target Hi Fi is just that store. Great people at the helm. Bill and Alan always provide fast friendly professional service. They carry great products and are extremely knowledgeable in the field.Always a positive experience when dealing with them, as they have no problem going above and beyond to satisfy their customers.Just enjoy going in there to even chat, have a laugh and they are always welcoming, no pressure sales.Highest recommendation !!Thanks

Guy was kinda snobby and insulted my friends knowledge of record players who actually rebuilds them. Said my player was junk basically. Poor customer service. Also overpriced quite a bit. Part I needed was 20 bucks cheaper on Amazon. Seemed knowledgeable though I will give him that.
